They were the 3rd dealer I'd brought my car to for the same issue, but the first to diagnose it correctly. They've earned my business going forward. Great communication and level of service.

Great job. Helped with all my needs although a car I bought 2 months ago needs new tires. Didnt see that coming. No warranty coverage on a busted speaker as well.

Gave the car a good looking over and recommended several...

Gave the car a good looking over and recommended several items that needed attention after 50k miles. Made the appointment 10 days ahead but they were still missing a part for a warranty job. Didn’t matter much because I ended up with additional work done but just saying if you give that much notice for a job with no tricks, they should have all the parts ready.

Was my first and last time in this dealership for a...

Was my first and last time in this dealership for a service , since was the location where I bought my car decided to come and do the service here , the person was attending at service , was very rude and ignored my presence for minutes , the service promise in a hour took more than 2 hours , never call me or text as I ask when the service be done . The same guy took 20 more to print my paper work and bring my car.

Shocking lack of service.My purchase was finalized...

Shocking lack of service. My purchase was finalized right before close and up until then, everything was fine. Given that it was so late, my salesman schedule the car detail for the following day. Someone was going to come pick it up where I worked in the morning and drop it off before I left. The day came and went, my car was never picked up. Salesman then reached out at days end to reschedule. The day of the next appointment came and went, my car still was not picked up. After this, I went in to the dealer after work to figure out what was going on. They apologized and rescheduled again. The day of the THIRD appointment has now came and went, my car still has not been picked up. My car also came with an extra set of tires.. You guessed it, dealership still has them (I think, maybe they got rid of them). As part of this process, they were going to switch sets of tires while they had the vehicle. At this point, I do not care about the detail, I just want my tires changed so I am not driving on snow tires all summer...... Zero chance I buy from this dealership again, and will recommend that my friends stay away.

Was provided rental car until source of my issue was resolved. They were able to trace the source of the a/c leak and replace bad parts.

This was an amazing car buying experience for us. We...

This was an amazing car buying experience for us. We noticed the car online and got ahold of someone at the dealership. We set up an appointment time same day and we were greeted at the parking lot. A note on the vehicle said it was reserved for us, which meant we were able to test drive and purchase before anyone else. Alex made us feel valued with our questions and made sure if he didn’t know the answer someone would. This was by far a great experience- we will be back and recommend this dealership.

Service was awesome, Alex answered all of my questions, that helped me decide which car to take!! I test drove 5 different vehicles, And he took the time to explain all the different features each model had. I’m so happy with my Lincoln MKZ
