    Went in for interior detailing and this is the best service my car and I have ever received. Friendly greetings from a beat after I walked in, I was checked... in on multiple times while I was there waiting by different agents (offered water, sofa, coffee, and conversation), I loved the comfortable lounge space, and everything was clear up front from the get go. Don't even get me started on my car-- the interior previously looked like I had been giving rides to livestock, and now it looks fresh off the show room floor. Couldn't be happier and I feel like I got it for a steal :) Trust'em! You won't regret it.

    My car buying experience at the Infiniti of Silver Spring was exceptional. The sales person (Mike Goldring) greeted me in such a friendly and professional... manner. I previously visited other Infiniti dealerships, but none of them impressed me more than Infiniti of Silver Spring. My salesperson was able to acomodate my request, and I am very pleased with my new 2016 QX60. I feel as though I am driving in a luxurious vehicle. Unlike other Infiniti dealerships, I receive a free car hand washing at any time. If you are seeking to purchase a new or leased vehicle, I recommend that you visit Infiniti of Silver Spring, and experience the quality customer service .

    Mr. Ramel Clash went above and beyond all expectations to assist my daughter and I with finding a car that was suitable for her budget. He was very attentive... to her needs and wants and took the time to listen to each of us as we both required/desired different options. Mr. Clash is very friendly and professional. He is very well versed in the dealership products and was able to provide us all the material we needed. This has been the best car buying experience I have encountered and I am more than willing to send others to the Jim Coleman Kia in Silver Spring, MD to purchase a vehicle.     I was visiting a friend in DC and my check engine light came on and my car just died on me. I looked up Kia dealers on my phone and this one was the closest... and I called them. I spoke with Pia on the phone and she immediately got me to a service guy named Ted. My car was still under warranty and he made arrangements for it to get towed in. I rode with the tow truck guy and they started looking at it as soon as we got there. Long story short, it was just the battery and they had me back on the road within 1 hr and everything has been great since. I am really grateful since I needed to be head back to Buffalo by Sunday night and this was Friday afternoon. I wish my hometown dealer was as friendly and helpful as Ted was. Thank you for shooting straight with me and getting me in so fast so to not ruin my weekend in DC.

    I have purchased many cars over the years and this was one of the most pleasent experiences. The car we were interested in was cleaned, and ready for us... to test drive when we arrived. Everything was as what they had told us..exceptionally clean, great shape, no smoke smell, etc
