INFINITI of Silver Spring is a new and pre owned car dealership and service center located in the Montgomery County Auto Park in Silver Spring MD. Less than a mile off I-95 and the ICC Rt. 200! As a newer dealership we are working toward building a long standing customer base by offering what others don't. From overnight test drives free personal deliveries and going to any means necessary to get you the exact specifications we are most proud of our ability to make customers see and feel like the most important aspect to our business; because they are. We offer free service w/ loaners car washes and more. Closed first two Sundays monthly

By far the one of the best car buying experience in my years of buying cars. From the get go, the team of Salesman were very professional. Terry Greer is one of the nicest and honest folks you will meet at the Dealer. Terrance and Tommy will go out of their way to make you feel and help close the deal, Mike Webb the GM is awesome guy with none of the shenanigans. He worked me and helped me walk out of the door with Big QX 80. These guys are truly good and honest folks.

I decided to make an inquiry on services that could be provided at Infiniti of Silver Spring today. I called and was greeted by Debra. She was friendly, patient, and represented the dealership with excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same after being transferred to Dennis in the Service department. As I began speaking to Dennis, he stated "come on, I stopped speaking with two customers to speak with you". At this point I decided to inform Dennis that I apologize for being an inconvenience to him and the call was ended. I understand that he was clearly frustrated with having multiple customers to assist at once, but there are many other ways to convey that he cannot devote his attention to another customer at that specific time. First impressions go a long way and I am very fortunate that there are multiple Infiniti dealerships in the DC metropolitan area.
