This seller has been on Cars.com since May 2020.
Nissan of Silver Spring is a new and pre owned car dealership and service center located in the Montgomery County Auto Park in Silver Spring MD. Less than a mile off I-95 and the ICC Rt. 200! As a newer dealership we are working toward building a long standing customer base by offering what others don't. From overnight test drives free personal deliveries and going to any means necessary to get you the exact specifications we are most proud of our ability to make customers see and feel like the most important aspect to our business; because they are. We offer free service w/ loaners car washes and more. Closed first two Sundays monthly

I had an outstanding experience working with Richard at Jim Coleman Nissan in Silver Spring! From the moment I walked in, he made the entire car-buying process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Very helpful. Excellent service. Very professional! I always bring my car here anytime that it needs serviced. I’ve been going to Jim Coleman of Silver Spring since 2018. I’m always satisfied with their work.

I hadn't made up my mind about buying a Nissan.

I hadn't made up my mind about buying a Nissan. I just wanted to check out a Pathfinder and compare it to other cars in the same category. But the quality of service provided by Mr. Kevin Escobar at Jim Coleman Nissan Silver Spring, from the appointment to the explanations about the car and the terms of purchase, was enough to make me decide to buy a Nissan. The dealer offered a fair discount on the vehicle, paid a fair price for my old car, and the interest rate was surprisingly. I believe it was a good deal for everyone. I recommend everyone to look for Jim Coleman Nissan Silver Spring to buy their next car.

I had such a great experience right from the onset. I had the pleasure of working with Kenneth Faukner who really went above and beyond. He listened to what I needed and made sure he customized his service to tailor to that. I felt like he truly cared and had my best interest at heart. David Zahraie with financing was also a great help. He took his time to explain everything and walk me through the financing options available. I love my car and will definitely recommend Jim Coleman Nissan of Silver Spring. Make sure to ask for Kenneth, you won't regret it.

I paid for an unnecessary repair of front axle.

I paid for an unnecessary repair of front axle. The noise was identified incorrectly as a damage but the noise was still there even after the replacement of front axle. The problem was with tires that had 2 different kinds. Nissan must refund the money for doing an unnecessary axle replacement that was wrongfully identified as the cause for the noise I complained.
