Diagnosed the problem that’s been going on for over a

Diagnosed the problem that’s been going on for over a year other dealers didn’t know what was going on. Diagnostics was less than an hour. They ordered a new radio. Call me when it came in and installed in about an hour. Can’t remember the technician’s name other than he was Hispanic, and he was top-notch

They sold me a new 2024 vehicle with a liftgate that

They sold me a new 2024 vehicle with a liftgate that cannot be closed. There is no automatic mechanism and it opens too high. I have spent 5 months trying to get some help but it appears that once they sell the car, they no longer care about the purchaser. They don't return calls, texts or emails. It is very frustrating to have a vehicle with a trunk that we cannot use. They slipped one by me as I didn't expect a liftgate without an automatic closing mechanism. My trade in was a 2019 vehicle that had an automatic mechanism so I did not realize a new one wouldn't have such a thing and that it would open way too high to reach. They pulled a fast one on me. Extremely disappointed.
