We ar very satisfied with our new Armada and Victor made the experience the best it could be. We changed our minds 10 times. Victor showed patience and... over the top customer service: picking us up from the airport in our new truck to coming to our home to let us sign some paperwork. Awesome!
I went into Nissan not knowing what to expect. Victor gave me various choices on getting a new car as a first time buyer. I didn't have any credit established... but they didn't turn me down. Luckily Victory was super patient after every problem that came up and he didn't stop searching for way to help me. I walked out of there with a brand new 2017 Nissan Sentra! My husband and I had been looking for a reliable car in our hometown city of Sacramento. After weeks of searching and being denied everywhere we decided... to contact Coast Nissan. Victor who was the sales person helping us, made the experience very pleasant and easy, giving is various choices and possibilities on our first car buy experience. Knowing our credit was not the best they did not turned us down and found a way to help us get a 0 mile 2015 nissan sentra. We drove over 400 miles but was all well worth it. I was expecting to be contacted by SOMEONE (anyone?) at this dealership because I was seriously interested in the 2013 Nissan Altima vehicle. A week passed... without any contact whatsoever (until this email solicitation for a review of Coast Nissan). Two days ago I purchased a 2013 Kia Optima EX. I'm no longer in the market for a new car. Don't know how they stay in business if they continue to completely ignore potential buyers. I shudder to think what would happen if I had to take a vehicle to them for subsequent "service." That's all I have to say!
