Job Well Done!

I was in need of a tire rotation and oil change before I went on a cross country road trip. I brought my vehicle to Matthew's and in no time someone greeted me and brought me to the service department. Everyone was friendly and willing to help out in any way that they could. Reasonable prices and reasonable wait time for maintenance on my car. I will surely be bringing my car back here for any other work I need.

Bad GM!!! Horrible communication skills

After purchasing this vehicle, we had xxxx ups with getting the total down payment as promised. When I called to tell them this, they were very understanding and told me to come in and pay what we could and they would work with us on the rest. Upon paying what I could, they said they needed the full payment. I explained the circumstance and they didnt accept it. I talked to the GM and his response was, "I've delt with people like you". Then he hung up the phone. I have bought 3 cars from them kn 10 years and it is safe to say, never again. I would never recommend them to anyone ever again!

False advertising

They avertise .10 down and if you bring home $350 a week you qualify for $30000 credit. Till they get you there. They wouldn’t let us look at the truck without $4000 down. Waste of time to drive there. Don’t believe what they say on the radio add.

False advertising

My fiancé and I drove from Toledo to Matthews in Marion to look at a car we inquired about online and scheduled an appointment for. We get to the dealer ship for the appointment they talk to us for about 30 minutes about financing before they even show us a glimpse of the car. They finally take us outside to look at the car and it isn’t the car we inquired about and discussed over the phone. They claimed the photo was wrong on their website (the photographers fault, not theirs). Essentially the car we were going to look for was listed as 21,950 and that is what we intended to spend. Instead we found out the car we planned on purchasing that day was 30k...After all of this mess they STILL didn’t even show us the car WE DROVE FOUR HOURS TO SEE. We could see the car sitting on the lot too! They did nothing to make it right. They tried to sell us another car completely out of our price range. Ridiculous.
