Subaru of Baton Rouge

Love our Subarus; this is number four in our family. This is a wonderful dealership, they don't swarm you like other dealers and no pressure is a welcome change in the typical car purchase experience. The folks seem to genuinely care about you. Our sales associate (Claire Deville) and Ben Ledet were both excellent to work with, knowledgeable and professional, and above all friendly.

Friendly and helpful dealership. Also, they are not busy at the service department that indicated Subaru is a good brand. I was a Honda loyal custom but I switched to Subaru because the safety and all wheel drive from the brand. I am very happy for my second purchase of the Subaru car. Furthermore, Ethan is very helpful and easy to deal with. Enjoy my experience with him.

This was the best car buying experience ever!!!! No pressure from the Sales Rep. If you ever in need of an awesome Salesman his name is Ethan Venable. He took control and did all the work and called me to go over every detail before finalizing anything which was great cause I didn't have to sit there waiting. When I arrived he was waiting for me i didn't have to wait for him......and Kim Guidry oh she is the Business Manager of the year in my eyes. I felt so comfortable talking and doing business with her, she was great!!!👌

Like most people, the idea of dealing with a sales rep at a car dealership was not an exciting prospect. But we had such a rewarding experience at Subaru of Baton Rouge. Our sales rep, Chase, was knowledgeable without being pushy and was interested in making sure we were happy with our car choice. The dealership isn't huge, so you don't feel swallowed up by any sort of car lot "machine" (like we did at other locations in town). At times when we were in the dealership waiting for our sales rep, the rest of the staff was courteous and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of.

Very courteous! No pressure! Real pleasure to purchase. Claire was very thorough. Knows the vehicles, enjoyed her presentation. Discussed all pros and cons. Made it easy to make a decision

Did not find a picture of Claire Deville, she was terrific to work with. I nominate her for a Shining Star. The wife and I are very pleased with our new Outback and with the whole process we experienced from walking through the door to driving out of Subaru of Baton Rouge. Great Experience and the coffee was good too.

In my four visits over the past week, six different employees assisted me in locating, testing and purchasing my Outback. Each and every one was exceptionally helpful and considerate. Especially helpful was Joshua Hughes, who made every possible effort to answer my questions and to treat me politely and respectfully. I contacted SubaruBR to buy a new WRX, they were the only dealer within 500 miles of my home to have the exact car I wanted. When I first contacted the dealer Ethan responded to my online inquiry. He was prompt, answered all of my questions, offered me a fair price and was great to work with. I live about 7 hours away so when I arrived Ethan was actually waiting at the front door for me, took me on a test drive, answered all of my questions and had everything, even the paper work ready so I could get back on the road and head home. In the past I have found car dealerships to be pushy, high pressure and only care about selling a car and not the customer. This could not be further from the truth with SubarBR or Ethan. This was by far the best car buying experience i have ever had - I only wish the dealership was closer to home. Regardless Ethan will be the only Subaru dealer I buy a new car from - should I want something else in the future. I know the system will only let me rate the dealer or Ethan as 5 star but Ethan exceed my expectations by such a large amount he deserves a much higher rating. Thank you for everything!
