The buying process was relaxed and enjoyable. Brian was a pleasant and engaging sales person. When I asked if the car had floor mats (it did not) I was pleasantly surprised to find that he had installed a full set for us.

Do not be fooled. All wreck or high miles. No one was helpful. Waste of time. I never do reviews but I had to save everyone from this place

I emailed Greenlight Car Sales concerning a truck they listed on Cars.com. I never received a reply from them. I would not deal with this company to purchase a vehicle considering they did not return my email. I took the first step and they dropped the ball, customer lost.

I found the truck on craigslist on a Thursday and picked it up on the next Monday. The truck was exactly as described. I drove 3 hours from Dalton Georgia to the lot and was not disappointed. John gave me the keys and said drive it for a while and see if you like it. Came back in about an hour and we made the deal. He already had me pre-approved for financing and I was on my way back home in less than 30 minutes. John was honest and straight forward. He will be getting my future business and I passed out several of his cards to coworkers.

I had been looking for a Nissan Murano around Elizabethtown Ky for a while, the dealers up here didn't seem to be all that interested in helping me, I was being too picky I guess. I knew what I wanted as far as color and options and just couldn't seem to find what I was looking for. The local dealers kept trying to push me into cars that they had on the lots, not what I really wanted. My daughter suggested that I try searching on the internet, I was a little hesitant at first because I really didn't want to have to go out of the local area to purchase a car. After looking on the internet I found a Murano SL All Wheel drive version, the color I wanted and all the options I was looking for down in tennessee, outside of Nashville at Greenlight auto in Hendersonville. I was not sure about driving that far at first so I called them and talked to John the owner, he was very patient and informative, he walked me through how to pull a carfax from his website and went over all the features of the vehicle, he also reviewed the factory warranty on the car and the extended warranty they have available for the Murano. He invited me down and I made an appointment to go see the car. My daughter and I made the drive down to Tennessee, and I'm so glad I did, the Murano was as described, it drove perfect and I was very satisfied with the whole deal. It was well worth the drive and I have recommended them to several of my friends.

I purchased my f250 over the internet from greenlight, when I showed up to pick up my truck, it was just like they described it, everything went very smooth, my wife even said that she was amazed how easy everything was, everything was as discussed previously over the phone. I had shopped several car lots before purchasing from them and I got more for my trade in than the other car lots were offering me. I feel good about the deal I made and the deal was quick and easy.
