I bought three used cars from Aug -Dec 2016. Bought the last one from PA Direct and wish I had found them first. I would have saved a lot of money and frustration. The car we bought from Pa Direct was in the best shape (an immaculate, well maintained 2005 Honda CRV) than any we had previously seen. And the price was so good that we were initially very suspicious. But 4 months later, we are still as excited about our new vehicle as the day we bought it. Chris is great. The highest compliment I can give Rich is that he treated my 17 year old daughter, from her initial phone call to him, with the utmost respect as if she was buying a brand new $50k car instead of the $6,500 used car. 12/23/16 went to look at 2003 Nissan Murano. Purchased it 12/24/16 Chris was very upfront and easy to talk to. When you meet him it is like he has known you for years. We first test drove the car, Chris was very clear take your time, no rush no pressure. He was very cooperative and friendly. Easy to deal with. Not the usual Used Car Salesman. I would very much recommend others to check here for reliable, nice, clean used cars. Chris went the extra mile to help us . Others should check here when shopping for a vehicle. I would recommend getting on their email list, they send out alerts of cars they have available for sale.
