The worst customer service ever!
Good luck with ever getting a return call and getting an honest answer from this dealership. We purchased a car from Chase Autoplex and live out of town. We constantly had to call them for getting our plates mailed to us. For over 2 weeks many people lied to us and said they were mailed and we never received them. We are still awaiting another key for the vehicle to be mailed to us and still no key yet. again, multiple lies\stories have been told to us. This is by far the worst customer service we have ever received on any purchase ever.

Do not do business with this dealership!!!
I would give this dealership 0 stars if I could. This has to be the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. After already getting approved for a vehicle I had scheduled an appointment to pick up the car so I could take it to my mechanic to have the car checked out before I signed the paperwork and when I showed up the wrong car was ready for me. When I told them it was the wrong car it took them an hour to get the right car ready and when they brought it to me all the leather seats were covered in grease and there was no gas in the car. So I went inside and spoke with a women who told me she could give me $20 to get gas. I then told her that I did not care but I was not going to take a car with no gas in it. Then a gentleman came out and took the car to get gas and then never came back with it. After an hour of waiting and him still not returning I was told very rudely by the same women who offered to give me $20 for gas that the car wasn't ready and that I could not take it. When I asked her what was wrong with the car that it wasn't ready she would not give me an answer. So I went inside because after 2 hours of wasting my time I wanted to speak with the owner or manager. When asking for the owner I was told by the same women named Rachel that " I may act like this other places but I would not act like that here" granted I had never started yelling or cussing I just was asking to speak to the owner in a very firm understandably mad tone. After that I told her to step away from me and she said "what are you going to do if I don't". Which was completely shocking to hear coming from a 45 year old women. You would think she was old enough to know better than to speak to someone like that. Being in the customer service industry myself I have never spoken to anyone in such a manner. I did not continue to try to speak to the owner as I knew I was going to get nowhere with the 2 people I was dealing with so I just left the dealership. When I called later that day to speak with the owner over the phone I was told I couldn't speak to him and was hung up on. I was completely shocked at how I was treated the entire time I was there. I should have just walked out as soon as I walked in the dealership after I saw how unprofessional all the employees were dressed and how unkempt the cars were in the lot.

Not ready for me
This dealer wasn't ready for me. I drove 236 miles to look at a car they couldn't get started! What a joke.

Hello Sir, I apologize for the inconvenience. I know there is nothing I can do to rectify the situation, but if you are still interested in the 1997 Pontiac Firebird, I am told it starts now. Give me a call at 972-224-2700 and ask for me, Shawn. Maybe, we can work something out.
Nice building
Salesman was nice vehicle was missing headrests promised a set and never got them. Waited 2 months for plates, finally had to go get a duplicate set. Vehicle was as advertised and was very nice and in good condition. The owner is a very nice gentleman and treats people fair. The detail department could use some training, the car interior was filthy. I would not buy another car there but if you are in a pinch its not to bad. I am still waiting for my headrests!!!

They seem totally genuine.
Genuine, excellent, interactions. First, I?m definitely NOT a paid fake review/er. I?m an artist and work with the homeless. I?m making it clear that i am a real reviewer, as I?ve been frustrated in that there are many ?fake good? reviews coming up more and more these days, which practice threatens the extreme value of the review process. Continuing as to WHY my experience has been excellent, to this point, with Chase Autoplex: They have answered every query, email or phone, immediately, very thoroughly, and have never exerted one drop of pressure. ALSO, I?m a long distance buyer, and some dealers wouldn?t waste much time with a long distance retail buyer as such buyers (myself in this case) are definitely the proverbial ?bird in the bush? and low chances of concluding a sale, especially with the historical, and still somewhat extant, voodoo-like classic pressure sales methods, that have given the industry a difficult name, and made shopping difficult. So far, my short but substantial interactions with this dealership (Chase Autoplex, Lancaster, TX) have shown the exact opposite reality: genuineness, humanness, no pressure, and a great sense of humor on top of that. There is a question on this review format asking if i've bought a vehicle, and i have not as of yet. But I'm working on the finances, etc. Hope this all helps. ...Rory White.
