I just had the best experience ever when purchasing my new Volvo. I have never owned a Volvo before, but I will be a Volvo person now!! I have had Lexus,... BMW, Cadillac, Lincoln, Ford, Honda and I trade my cars every 2 years. This dealer was the best!!! Kevin (my salesperson) was very nice and no pressure, Dan (the manager) was very helpful and wanted to give me the best deal. Rick (service) is very nice and gets things ordered and done quickly. My wife and I have been driving Volvos for almost 30-years and we currently own 3 and every since this dealership moved from Tempe to Gilbert we have received... the worst service ever! The service advisor misinformed me about the repairs on my last visit and proceeded to treat me rudely after I found out that certain things that I had asked to be repaired were not. I have had my vehicle in 3X in a row for shifter problems and after each time they said it was fixed and returned it to me it was worse than it was before and yet they just want to put the blame on my vehicles mileage and wear and tear and they will not take any responsibility for the fact that they never fixed the entire issue properly the first, second or third time and then they give me a list of other repairs that my vehicle needs and because I couldn't afford to get them all done they actually shamed me for it and tried to tell me that was the reason why vehicle didn't function properly but yet as I mentioned above, they couldn't even properly repair the things that I asked them to fix!

Excellent service from Mike. He inspected the vehicle and explained what needed to be done and what did not have to be done. He stayed with the quote.... The work performed by the mechanic was great. Very pleased.
I had brought my 2008 Volvo C70 in for service when my "check engine" light came on. When I initially came in with the problem, they were supposedly fixed... it and the light came back on by the time I had gotten home. I took the car back again, again, again and again to correct the problem, which took over 3 months with letters including Volvo of North America and eventually a letter from my attorney to see that I was serious. In the course of all of this, they had damaged the vents to my AC. They also broke the caps on my front bumper that would cover the wiper for the headlights. Never again will I subject myself their poor customer service.
