A few people here seemed helpful initially, but when I asked for detailed information and video evidence of the vehicle’s condition (like damage, rust, and mechanical problems), they just stopped communicating. What does that say about their integrity and the quality of the vehicles they’re selling? My gut tells me this dealership is slimy.

Terrible dealership to communicate with from a distance. Never answered my questions. Never sent a promised walk-around video. I finally gave up. Even from a distance, the place felt slimy. I decided I didn't want to risk doing business with them for any vehicle at any price. Google reviews suggest my intuition was on target.

The service manager told me to get the xxxx out after I told him I didn't want a car throwing out black and white smoke.the 2017 ford escape with 58k miles was so rusty underneath it looked like it had been parked in a Salt Lake , Now they are trying to keep my deposit. Will be taking legal action against them, BTW im a 100% disabled veteran, had me standing out in the cold 20 minutes waiting for an Uber.

Very disappointed with this place. We were promised a free replacement radio for our Jeep, but after multiple visits, zero communication, and weeks of delays, they installed a used radio from a different model year that didn’t even work. We had to chase them down for updates, and their customer service was terrible—no one takes responsibility except the original salesperson, who rarely answers calls. Now we’re stuck with a faulty radio and looking at spending $1,000+ to fix it ourselves. Save yourself the headache and go to a real dealership.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Bought a 2015 Ford Expedition from this place about a month ago, and this thing has been in the shop about 3 times now. There’s so many problems with it, I won’t bother to name them all. Just know it has extreme engine problems. Originally went to go look at a Lincoln Navigator, talked with Sean several times about how THAT was the car I was specifically looking for. He knew that’s why I was driving all the way from Kentucky, was to look at a Lincoln Navigator. We even messaged the day of, and didn’t mention once that the Lincoln I was looking for, wasn’t even there! They sold it. Which would’ve been fine, had they told me before I drove all the way up there. Then when he wouldn’t budge on the price of the Ford Expedition, and I said I was gonna cut my losses and leave, he proceeded to guilt me because he “already got some of the paperwork out”. I ended up getting the Expedition because I very much needed a vehicle. It was $16,000 cash, and now I’ve already poured over $2000 in repairs, and they are still ongoing. Thanks Sean! Will never recommend this place to anybody.

I found the perfect Porsche Cayenne at this dealership. Even though I had to fly to Cincinnati to pay for it and drive it back to Arkansas it was worth it. My sales person, Isaiah, was a pleasure to work with and the car is just wonderful!

Sean was amazing to work with and he made my experience wonderful and got me the car I wanted fast and easy no headaches and no drama I highly recommend everyone to go see them and get a great vehicle

She Sold Me A Bad Car Next Day Engine Light Was On She Told Me She Would Help Me Fix The Problem Then Next Day I Reach Out Ignoring Me But Took My Money They Cars Are Clean But THEY xxxxxxxx DON’T SHOP HERE I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!!!
