I had worked out a deal with Derek John to buy a 2016 Ford Focus ST and got the title and bill of sale for a loan through my bank and set up travel plans to drive 5 hours to get the car. They sold the car out from under me after delaying my original date I was supposed to pick up the car. They are the shadiest dealer I have ever dealt with, and I would suggest you don't touch them with a 10-foot pole.

They were great to work with on the purchase of my car. Very responsive when I emailed them, and they even helped me out quickly with a question I had after the sale. A few minor issues I pointed out on the vehicle, they quickly took a look and just fixed them.

We bought a care here and the check engine light came on a couple days after. It was our car then, so it was our problem, but A2Z took care of it even though they had no obligation to do so. Wonderful and knowledgeable employees, great dealership. Would definitely buy here again.

If i could select a 0 id select a -10. I drove from Fort Wayne to look at the 2012 Red Honda CRZ. They absolutely used great lighting or a filter. This cars paint was in horrible condition. 9k$ gtfoh. Do not shop here.

Drove 3 hours to test drive two vehicles, the dealership does a good job with on line pictures, but the quality of the vehicles was much less than expected. The inside of the vehicles were in excellent shape, but the outside had many flaws that the pictures didn't show and the engine and rest of the mechanical parts were less than spectacular. Both cars were priced at 14K or higher. I expected much more !

Got a good car at a good price without all of the extra fees that other dealerships have. The process did not take long either. The car runs well and is in good condition as well.

They sold me a vehicle with over $23k of mechanical issues. The engine light came on 3 days after purchase. They must have turned off engine light prior to selling. The Porsche that we just purchased less than a week ago. The engine light came on a few days after purchase and the engine starting making a noise when you start the car. We took it to the Porsche dealer mechanic to get some maintenance services such as oil change, spark plugs, etc. I spent over $2500 on just factory service maintenance for the mileage on vehicle but when They checked it out and said that the catalytic converter is going bad and needs to be replaced as well as the engine timing belt needs to be sealed which means they would need to remove the entire engine to get to. They priced me to get that work done at over $23K which is well more than what we paid for that vehicle and is even worth at the mileage and age. I am a bit upset and disappointed that this happen because this was just purchased less then a week ago. I understand this vehicle is purchased “as is” but I at this point believe that your company had the car since June 2020 and knew about these issues and sold it knowing it had a lot of issues. It may look good on the outside but has major issues going on the inside. I did not know that it was going to be that bad because it seemed like it drove fairly well. I emailed both sales person and manager and so they are aware and did not effort to correct issue or discuss. I was left no choice but to review them so that others are not deceived as well. Don't be fooled like we were by the good reviews to come and buy which I did same day with cash. Stay away! Everything that glitters is not gold! No integrity!
