Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I was working with Grace Borgonia to purchase a 2017, 488 Spider. I have purchased hundreds of cars over the years. We agreed on a price of $320,000 for the car on Saturday morning, and I offered to put a deposit down. Grace assured me that it was not necessary and that I could just send in all my information on Monday morning. She also stated that she would send me the final closing sheet with the total price and the wiring instructions. I was paying for the car in cash and would provide a wire. We also discussed shipping the car for $1750. In addition, I pushed Grace about a warranty and she told me that she “would be honest with me” and that the car had the instrument panel replaced or fixed in the dashboard and I could not get a warranty. I believe this is why they were willing to move off the price. On Monday around 11 AM Grace called me and I was in a meeting. I text her back and she told me that someone else was willing to pay full price for the car. She told me that one of her colleagues was working with them on Saturday, which was the same day I was working with her on the car and that they were willing to pay more money. She did not even bother to put together the closing statement. They ended up selling the car to the person for more money. Hopefully, they at least told that person the car had a major repair. I will never do business with a dealership that is this unprofessional. My company is headquartered in Houston with offices in San Antonio and I will do my best to make sure that no one there ever buys a car from this dealership. As an attorney, I have learned that when people say “to be honest with you” means that they are normally dishonest. Ferrari would be ashamed.

Not honest about the condition of the car
I had a pre purchase inspection done on a GTC4 Lusso on 1/20/22 that went terribly wrong. I was interested in buying the car from another state and the dealer did not even mention how nearly every panel of the car is painted, chipped, and panels do not align all over the car. This dealer will F you over. Without an inspection I would not have ever known. When I confronted the sales rep, he said it is completely normal that panels are re painted and not aligned on Ferraris. i can assure you it was not normal and the report was really bad. Do not buy from this dealer out of state without pre purchase inspection.
Not honest about the condition of the car

Sold me damaged CPO car, refuses to make it right
Never, ever buy a car from Ferrari of San Antonio. If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased a 2013 Ferrari FF for $100,000 that was listed as Ferrari Approved/Certified Pre Owned. I am out of state and they shipped the car to me sight unseen other than the few pictures the sales guy sent me which showed none of the damage. When the car showed up at my house, there was a dent in the fender with paint damage and the interior of the car was completely RUINED to the point that it cannot be fixed at any price. Two different leather shops told me someone had dyed it and did a very, very poor job of it. There is blue dye all over the white stitching along with discolorations and stains all over the interior. The salesperson Philip Antinone lied to me about the condition of the car. The general manager Grenville Lewis refuses to pay back the $1500 transport fee that I specifically requested when they agreed to take the car back, then both Philip and Grenville avoided answering my questions about the $1500 for an entire month until today when he told me they will not refund the $1500. There are more pictures and a longer version of this story on the FerrariChat message board, just do a search for Ferrari of San Antonio. They currently have this car listed for $134,900 and none of the pictures show any of the damage that prompted them to take the car back. Shady as xxxx.

they are terrible stay away
terrible customer service told me i would have the car if i put a deposit. so i did pay the deposit and they decided to sell to someone else as i was siting with my bank sending the full amount of wire. all they care about is money no loyalty at all!!! then they started ignoring my calls and not getting back to me. disgusting customer service. you spend over 200k and they treat you worse then Toyota dealers do. dont buy from them especially from phillip!! as soon as they sold to someone else he told me he doesn't want to talk to me anymore and will ignore me. he got upset like a child because the boss told him to give car to someone else and screw me when he promised car was mine with a deposit which i gave and they returned after screwing me. dont use this dealer avoid phillip and gren and carlos!!!! all 3 were unprofessional and rude!!!

Enver's Team will help you find a quality pre owned Ferrari from their inventory, or will get a new Ferrari from their allocation at FNA.
