What a great experience! Rachel Santos helped me purchase my first Subaru, a daunting task for certain. I've worked with many different dealerships since my first car years ago. Rachel represented Premier and the Subaru brand tremendously! My experience was made even better when Carlos Batista, Premier's Product Specialist went through the operation my Subaru Outback during delivery. And then I had service upgrade my rearview mirror, another fantastic experience at Premier Subaru of Middlebury. If you need a car, Premier should be your first stop!

Always quick and efficient work. Prices are the same as with other mechanics in my area, so I rather go to Premier. Staff is friendly and they even help me with issues about using features on my new Subaru with no hesitation!

Vincent was very helpful and super friendly

Parts department
Called in the parts department and was passed on to Joe, asked him about a chrome tail pipe 2018 forester to see if they have it in stock and how much! “ 72.00 dollars”, “ why so expensive, saw your add in the internet for 29 dollars and Center Subaru has theirs for 34 dollars”, “ that’s way too low. I gave him a part number. He was very nice about my inquiry, but I lost interest in this transaction. I am glad, I will not deal with this dealership anymore theyre too expensive and just couldn’t trust their way anymore , just one unhappy prior client..

We apologize for any frustration. We tried to explain on the phone that the part you inquired about is not the correct part for your vehicle. As you mentioned, we advertised the part you inquired on for less than Center so pricing is not actually an issue. The issue is the part you requested is not made for your vehicle, and the one that is made for your vehicle is more expensive through Subaru parts. We understand the choice is always yours to decide what you add to your vehicle however, we are obligated to advise if it is not made for your model as you would not be able to return if you installed and then were unhappy with the performance or appearance. In addition, any part added to a Subaru under factory warranty that is not made for that vehicle by SOA may ultimately negatively impact warranty coverage. Again, we are sorry for any frustration but my employee handled the situation in the manner we feel comfortable to best suit our customers and we understand if anyone makes a choice to move forward with their plan regardless of that information.
