Premier Subaru Middlebury sets a high bar on how the transaction of buying a car should go. Madrid was highly professional and fun to work with especially given we showed up very late in the business day. I knew what I was looking for and Premier Subaru Middlebury delivered. Madrid, Carlos, Gretchen and Gina were all phenomenal and a pleasure to do business with. No hidden agendas, no pressure. The dealership and it's inventory are immaculate. Cannot say the same about the Subaru dealer in Torrington. If you're looking for a Subaru, do yourself a favor and make Premier your first and only stop.
