Young sales assistant needs to try harder
Mark Tinn is a great manager for this dealership, how ever the kid I bought a car from (Anthony) could use some training in customer service. I say this as I have voiced concerns with getting my plate for my vechile from the dealership and he just didn't not seem to care. Other than this it was a good experience and I like my Ford Edge.

Lincoln Aviator
Very good dealership, worked on factory recall and returned car to my home. Car was washed and vacuumed inside. Well pleased with dealership.

Crossroads Ford, Southern Pines, NC
I took my 2018 Ford Ecosport in for a regular vehicle service at the dealership. I also had them complete the annual safety inspection required by NC for registration renewal. The service was performed without any issues in a timely manner while I waited in their comfortable customer waiting room.

Service???
I purposely got to dealership 30 minutes before you opened and I was first in line. Could not understand why it took 2 hours 15 minutes to complete this simple oil change and tire rotation service when it was a first come first serve service. I asked if my display could be checked because it decides to completely reset all information when it wants to without me ever pressing any buttons. Was told this had to be checked by a ?certified technician ? and could not be scheduled until 9/11 and I had to leave my truck. I took that appointment but might cancel. This F150 is turning out to be not the quality I expected. Sorry if that hurts.

Very nice facility. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I asked to have my tire pressure sensor warning light checked out. I was told I have no issue, the fault was cleared. However the Warning Light is still active immediately after departing the service department.

I did not purchase my car from this dealership, but has taken it here for all my service needs, the staff is very friendly, nice and knowledgeable. I appreciate them allowing me to bring my car there, even though I did not buy from them, they treat me as if I'm a loyal customer. They listen to my concerns about my car and they do what they can to make it right and make sure I leave a satisfied customer. Every service person that I have come into contact with has been very professional and courteous.

My Ranger service
Although I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealer again due to them using addendums to charge prices above sticker price, which is gouging the customer, I will continue to use their service dept. due to the excellent service I get from Evin.
