Sara told me they had to see my vehicle to quote a

Sara told me they had to see my vehicle to quote a payment on a new one, makes me waste my gas and time on Saturday when I already told them my absolute max payment, they didn't even look at my pickup an as soon as Chris walked out he says before I even got there he had already ran numbers and was around 700 way out of the price range I already told them was my max. If they had ran the numbers and told them to me before lying to be telling me they had to see my vehicle to quote me a price I may not have gone in, but would have appreciated the honesty. Even without purchasing a vehicle I had planned to start getting maintenance done on my two 2021 Ram pickups there since it is closer to where I live, but thanks to the terrible service being lied to by Sara and them wasting my time on a Saturday when they clearly could have quoted me some estimated payments without seeing my pickup they have lost a customer FOREVER I will tell my Rams to Nelson in Fergus instead and when the Hemi Charger is back I'll be checking every dealership except this one.

I've gone to Webber for sometime now Shawn & Darcy run a great shop in & out, telling me of potential problems. It's a great place to purchase tires, love the rotation service too! We have multiple cars & pickups so, It's nice to know they'll be ship shape.
