Tanner Fritz was my salesman, still my go to guy if I

Tanner Fritz was my salesman, still my go to guy if I need help. Courteous, knowledgeable and just very easy to talk with if you have problems or questions. That also describes the service department as I purchased a used truck, and as good as it is, some problems don't arise at the very beginning, as was mine. I contacted them and told them what was going on, they fixed the problem with no fuss, no muss. Top of the line service all the way around at Jeff Smith Ford in Byron Ga!????

Tanner Fritz was my salesman, still my go to guy if I need help. Courteous, knowledgeable and just very easy to talk with if you have problems or questions. Jeff smith ford finance team are theifs.

Jeff smith ford finance team are theifs. I agreed with general manager Ryan about my terms. payment. interest rate. trade in value. etc. I guess I agreed to a payment that was over inflated because when I went to sign the contract they changed my trade in value to 39000 instead of the agreed upon 47500. so they robbed me of 8500. now they dont want to fix this. yes I should have payed better attention., but that doesn't give you the okay to rob someone of 8500 dollars. Mike Smart and general manager Ryan are both theifs. Do not buy a vehicle here or you will regret it. ​​I have bought 6 brand new vehicles from Jeff Smith but this will be the very last. I work at Robins Air Force Base and I will be telling all my family. friends. and coworkers to go to any other ford dealer from now on. This is unacceptable and basically robbery. I will be suing Jeff Smith or Mike and Ryan personally. one of the 3 will either cut me a check for 8500 or they will send ford Finance an updated correct contract. I would rather have an updated contract sent to ford, but either is acceptable. I notice Jeff Smith (Owner) comments on this message board. let's see if they reach out to make this right.

Great experience.

Great experience. The salesman was very helpful. Was looking at one truck and ending up buying another truck. Salesman showed me all the features after the purchase. He was very professional. Great job.

They contacted me and I responded back, then they had a salesman contact me and I responded back to him. I didn’t hear back from him so I dropped by the dealership. Got to test drive the vehicle and went back and forth on the price. I finally left after a couple of hours. Sales manager ( I guess) comes out with what was the final price they would take and handed me the paper and said thanks for dropping by have a good day! I was within a few hundred dollars of a deal and thought they would’ve called me back and checked to see if I was still interested or if I’d purchase another vehicle somewhere else, but I didn’t, salesman’s didn’t call or anyone. Don’t guess they needed to sell a vehicle to bad.

In November of 2024 we purchased a 2024 Ford Expedition

In November of 2024 we purchased a 2024 Ford Expedition Max. In December it started a rattle coming from the rear of the vehicle while driving it on the highway. In January 2025 I took it to the dealership I purchased it from ?Jeff Smith Ford?. Over the past four months it has been to them four times and it still isn?t repaired. I was told that it was a normal Characteristic of the Ford Expedition to do this. Steve Kyles the service manager said it was repaired and that any further problems I needed to take it to another Ford dealership. It still has the rattle and month four almost 30 days out of the vehicle it is at another dealership that was willing to find the problem.

Have tried to contact them for two weeks and they will not take calls or return calls Not thr GM or owner or sales managers Brandon /Ryan , don’t answer messages or return calls once msg left return calls or do as promised Did over the phone purchase to start - they offered off pictures 19,000 for my truck Get there and they change it to $4000 lower than agreed and signed about 2. The new truck not available to drive or see - as they had already sent to have hitch out in - but since brand new I am ok with it (not really but I can deal with it once I get there in agreed date of Tuesday ) can’t transfer anything from my old truck to new one, was going to drive it home , but they wanted my truck to stay till pick up - so I agreed to take the loaner they gave me to use My 2016 truck was to be put on a locked area “I was told” as had took box - cooler - Reece RV hitch and many tools in back end - plus lots of personal in front end (I did not expect to leave my truck when went to do paperwork - was to keep my 2016 till new truck ready Was to be put in locked fence area till Tues , at which time my new truck would be available (this is Saturday noon) Fast forward to Tuesday Get there my 2016 truck no where to be found - Brandon (have no clue his title ) comes out and lets me know they took my truck to the auction Beyond upset and mad at this point They contact auction lot - thankfully truck still there we go to get everything out My $1000 RV hitch set completely gone - taken off truck Very expensive cooler gone- which had drinks in it - most everything inside the truck - gone - (some papers recovered from trash bin ) all tools gone All personal items (anything worth money - sours - very expensive ear buds - gift from my son , shows, blankets , etc) and road breakdown items (safety vest - lights, fuses, extra belts etc) My sales person - Chris had gone to auction lot with me along with my grown daughter - the 3 of us were very mad Get back to dealership and some guy Brandon “will make it right or give me $1000 out of his pocket” $1000 doesn’t even begin to cover Brandin told me I should just basically be grateful I got out of my truck what I did as it was “a nightmare “ - turbo and transmission shot - - really ??? Didn’t have issues with it before they had it 😡😡😡 So I wait - as will not get anything back and sure they are not going to make it right After I spent $74000 on a new truck They didn’t even do a walk through on new truck - no showing me how dash board screen works I walked around tint on windows scratched Passenger second door scratched - call out sales person - Chris - show him He goes and gets Brandon and says tint guy can fix but if course he is gone for day and the other could be buffed out I am livid - close to tears Still Brandin is taking about the 2016 truck had sat there for four days and anyone could have taken the missing items as they just had it out along fence backed up next to storage area and hardees Do they not have cameras on their lot??? They get a ne for the sales man Chris As he was awesome a five star sales person - from there it is a negative 5 star 1. Did over the phone purchase to start - they offered off pictures 19,000 for my truck Get there and they change it to $4000 lower than agreed and signed about 2.
