The service at the mini of Pittsburgh is horrible. The service manager Jason is a cocky jerk. I went in for a safety recall on a mini cooper. A faulty FRM. The guy claimed they cleaned terminals and items. Car was driven out with problem not fixed. Service claimed oh the FRM is not the problem. There was a recall on the FRM. I would not wish this dealership or service to my worst enemy. Oh wait they are my car service worst enemy.

The customer service was horrible.
The customer service was horrible. Service department is full of jerks. Talked to the dealership owner. He is a cocky egotistical jerks as well. I would not recommend the dealership to my worst enemy. They will gracious charge you $50 per night even through hard earned money was spend on service at the craphole dealership.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service
We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service that we received at mini Cooper of Pittsburgh. Evan and Jason were very friendly thorough and knowledgeable. We purchased our JC Cooper works mini a few days ago and found The dealership to be excellent.

I was approached as an adversary
The last two years have been hard for businesses as well as individuals, so it's reasonable to cut people some slack when reviewing automotive servicing. And if my only complaint was that my battery cover was left on the hood of my car and disappeared into the traffic on Baum Blvd., I would not be wasting my time here. But some business practices just demand criticism. The service I requested was the replacement of my radio. We delivered the car on Monday night with the understanding that it would be worked on and returned the following day. On Wednesday afternoon we were told the car was ready to pick up. I noticed within seconds of pulling away from the dealership that none of the dash lights were working. I immediately returned the car to the Mini service area where the response was... they would do a free diagnostic because they touched the car last, but that we would be responsible for additional repair costs as their repair could not possibly have caused the problem. Forgive my skepticism, but this was a new problem following on the installation of electronics in the dash. I waited an hour, during which no one approached me with updates and my few inquires were met with annoyance. Ultimately, my working car was returned to me; no extra payment asked, no explanation given, no apology offered. We are pleased to pay the big bucks to a dealership for competent service and reasonable respect; on this occasion we got incompetent service and contempt.

Purchased 3 new Minis from this dealer simce they started selling them. Today, March first, I called to schedule service on my 2015 Paceman. Told I could not get a loaner car until the end of March. That's the last time I will contact them.

Bad Dealer
Gave this dealer a second chance after having issues with their service dept many years ago. I like Mini and thought I should go back and buy another one. Looked at a used Mini, sales person nice at first but I had inquiries wanted additional info and to negotiate some issues. Said they would get back to me, never did. I reached out a couple times, no response. Contacted manager, to be advised the car was sold. So, not only did they sell it (I did NOT expect them to hold it) but I had to reach out several times to be told this by the manager. Moral of the story, they sell by the numbers not business relationships, customer loyalty so you can best believe, once you've bought it, you're on your own. Kind of glad I did not get it. If they cannot even respond to simple inquiries just think if you have major issues. That Sales tactic is trained, not automatic... beware.

Three visits to the service department and the absolute rudest, mean, and outrageously disrespectful department I have ever experience. Drive as far as you need to find another mini dealer.

I leased a MINI here in 2014. The lease process went relatively smoothly. It was all downhill after that. I don't think there was a single interaction after the purchase that went smoothly. When the time came in 2017 to turn in the car and lease a new MINI, I went elsewhere.

Five stars is not enough!
It was honestly a pleasure to buy a car from the wonderful people at MINI of Pittsburgh. (How many car dealerships can you say that about!?!?) First off Jason was so great to deal with - knowledgeable, personable and fun. There was no high pressure sales tactics - it truly felt like he enjoyed showing off the cars and he taught us so much during the test drive. He knew which car I would want just based on a few things I told him - and I really couldn't be happier with my purchase (Mini Cooper Countryman S All4). Chris, Sales Manager, was also very welcoming and made us comfortable during every step of the process. Bryan, Business Manager, made the paperwork easy and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We really feel like we made friends during the whole car-buying process. We live out of state, so it could have been an inconvenient process, but it was not. Thanks so much MINI of Pittsburgh for setting the bar SO HIGH. Now, get Bryan a new chair - he deserves it. :)

GREAT experience buying a new car!!!!
This is our second time buying a Mini from Mini of Pittsburgh. We really enjoyed dealing with Morgan, Chris, and Bryan. Morgan helped us with both purchases and we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Mini. Morgan helped us get exactly what we wanted and answered all of our questions. Morgan is really good at what he does and very knowledgeable about the cars and accessories that he sells for them. The whole staff of Mini of Pittsburgh treated us very well and believe it or not, made purchasing a new car a fun experience for us!! THANK YOU MINI OF PITTSBURGH!!
