I leased a MINI here in 2014. The lease process went relatively smoothly. It was all downhill after that. I don't think there was a single interaction... after the purchase that went smoothly. When the time came in 2017 to turn in the car and lease a new MINI, I went elsewhere.
Jason delivered great customer service and was very professional throughout the buying process. He understood my needs/wants in a vehicle and delivered.... He took time to go over the features of my new MINI and overall I am loving my ride! The dealership in general has a very comfortable feel and everyone I encountered was personal and friendly. It takes time when purchasing a vehicle and MINI of Pittsburgh made it exciting and fly by.
In and out quickly and the service was done exceptionally fast.
Dan and Jt did a perfect job! Had my car for only 2 days,check engine light came on and they got me in the same day! Even had a great loaner!
After discussing my concerns with Dan regarding repairs needed on my car he was able to get BMW to agree to cover most under warranty. Regained my faith... in BMW!
As usual, very positive. Joy was very knowledgeable about the cars of interest to me (Mini Paceman and Countryman, BMW X1) and helped me compare/contrast... with specs and test drives of each model. Chris was very helpful in comparing the financials for each vehicle and lease vs. buy options.
I was pleasantly surprised. Ryan provided excellent service. I usually have to call the service dept multiple times when I have a car fixed. Ryan called... me with every decision, regarding price, and updates on how the repairs were coming and when to expect them to be finished. Ryan was so professional and definitely does his job very well. Also, the convenience of the valet service is priceless!! Thank you!!!!
Lauren was great and worked with me through the entire process. She was even able to get a last minute tire rotation added to my inspection.

Very impressed, I the customer was kept inform constantly on the progress, which took 3 hr of troubleshooting the electrical problem. These guys are very... good at their work.
