I spotted this car lot out of the corner of my eye while shopping for cars on 1-7-23. My 2nd stop of the day. My mom and I got out saw a Jeep and was looking at it when the salesman came out. He introduced himself as Clay. Very personable and cheery. We asked the price and found it to be out of the range I was looking for. He asked what kind of range I had to be In and he said it may be kinda hard, but let me show you some that may come close. He was nice enough to point out a few but nothing really caught my eye. Until we started to leave, Clay had one last car that popped up that he showed me. It was a little over the price I was looking for, but dang it was so nice, and exactly what I wanted. I asked if we could take it for a drive. He said sure, Lets go, just need some info from you sign here and away we went. I asked for a cleared out area so i could do some fast quick stops and reverse actions as well without people around, I checked out the under belly for leaks which it had a slight one from the dif case but nothing serious and nothing showing from under the engine so it looked and felt comfy enough for me to drive. So we got back to the lot, he then excused himself politely so my mom and I could talk. When we got out of car he came back out and I told him it's sold. We rumbled some numbers around and I ended up with a Acura MDX SUV that day. I HAVE TO SAY. THANK YOU CLAY YOUR AWESOME!!!!. I soooo recomend you come to this car lot, and Ask For CLAY. He's funny, great personality, and has jokes as well haha. He will work with you as much as he can. But seriously im sure any of the guys there are great. 😊 But Again Thank You Clay and, Manager. And if I ever need a car again I'll definitely come agin.

I totalled my car in an accident and needed go get a new one quickly because I had planned to drive to California in 5 days time. I found a Honda CR-V online and called the dealership and had a great experience with Alex. He answered all my questions and was cool when I asked to test drive the car 2 days in a row so I could have my mechanic friend come along the next day. Once I was sure I wanted the car, he helped to make sure purchase process went smoothly so I could have my car in time for my trip. I had a problem with financing the car through my credit union cause they suck, but Alex even helped me get everything straightened out with them which really is above and beyond what he actually needed to.

I recently bought a car from this company. Two weeks in some issues popped up with the car. As soon as I notified them of the issues, they immediately jumped into action. Took care of all of the issues, in fact went above and beyond and fixed other minor issues they found while they had the car!! I appreciate their willingness and speediness in helping me get my car back in a quick manner and running smoothly!

I recently bought a used car from this lot. Took it to my mechanic. He told me to take the car back to where I bought it from. The airbags were disabled (which is illegal to sell a car without working airbags) someone disabled the check engine light, the bulb was completely missing. There was a miriad of other things wrong with the car. Please beware, this company sold a car without working airbags to a single mom, AFTER assuring me that it was a safe vehicle to put my kids in.

I bought a 2013 dodge ram 1500 was told by salesman called Marcus which no one at the dealership new who that was, his real name Antonio. the truck had a big chunk missing out of tire he said he would fix buff out the scratches when it was to be detailed and fill the truck up with gas. put 2007 tire on it never buffed scratches out and refused to replace the tire and censors that were bad on the tires told me it was not up to him to fix it. its against the law to sell an un safe vehicle and put that old of a used tire on anything. they never detailed the bed of the truck or buffed the scratches out and took a month to get the plates never filled the tank as promised or gave me a spare tire for the truck. He didnt show up for the appointments he made with me twice after i drove from marysville to the lynnwood dealership. i had to threaten him with my lawyer to get the right tire fixed and sensors fixed. Each time i dealt with him nothing was fixed it was all a big run around where he sent me they new nothing from him what was to be fixed. it was a waist of my time and gas. I was tired of being lied to and getting no where with him he wanted to argue each time i talked to him. i have never had so many problems with anyone else but him. the dealership says he does not work for them and does not no how to get ahold of him when you call and ask to speak to him. he gave me the wrong name when i asked for his name.

went to Autoplex Motors and met Clay, It was the most low pressure experience we have ever encountered, He suggested we have the car checked by OUR mech prior to sitting down to make a deal, Clay was forthright with the car condition and history, Clay said "test drives are free today" we bought the vehicle and will let all our friends and family know to go see Clay BEFORE they by a car ANYWHERE, Very happy with this dealership and Clay

I bought a BMW 650i from this dealership the sales man name was Alex it took FOREVER to get paperwork back they convinced me of buying this BS warranty that doesn't cover anything and fast forward my BMW smokes all the time turns out there's a oil LEAK and other repairs that never got done now I'm faced with 5 k in repairs save your TIME AND MONEY this place sells broken cars

Clay was an amazing help to us in a lot of ways. Everyone was so friendly & nice. The customer service was awesome! This was an outstanding experience. Thank you so very much and we will be back again soon for sure :)

Purchased a 2005 Land Rover LR3 HSE. Loved the customer care. Representative was friendly and beyond helpful for this purchase. He was even exceed his area of help to where he even took me to our ATM to pull money for my down payment.
