When I took recently my Audi Q7 for regular service, as

When I took recently my Audi Q7 for regular service, as always, I set up the appointment with James Rocha. James was expecting me, he explained the scope of service and made other necessary arrangement including time of completion the same day. Later he called as promised informing me that the service was complete and the car is ready for pick up. When picking up the car he again explained the scope of service, diagnostics, status of the car, offered a reasonable discount and delivered the car in excellent conditions including freshly washed. As always, overall, James delivered excellent service at very competent and professional level to my complete satisfaction. Vit (951) 907-0097

Just had my 10K mile service done and it couldn’t have

Just had my 10K mile service done and it couldn’t have gone smoother! Oscar Barrientos, my Service Advisor, met me outside, took care of my car right away, and kept me informed throughout the whole visit. Super friendly and professional. Audi Riverside is hands down my preferred spot for service!

I was seriously considering buying the Grey RS7 they have

I was seriously considering buying the Grey RS7 they have posted! But, of all the photos of the car, there was not a single side profile picture! Freaking insane! Don’t understand how they could screw up something so easy and important to their online marketing and sales. Tell you what, my head of marketing and sales would be kissing his job goodbye!!! That literally sent me to another dealership where I found a similar car!
