To be completely honest bridgeland auto is by far the greatest used car dealer I've worked with. Yeah there a used car dealer but there a dealership that actually cares about there customers and want to help you anyway they can. Little mistake on paperwork end but they were very understanding on what I wanted corrected and made it happen. Dave caputo (sales) was great to work with very energetic and seems like he likes his job. Nick decarlo (finance) found a great deal for my credit which isn't the greatest but he made it work for me. Finally Jimmy Finnegan (general manager) was a pleasure to work with. He introduced me into what there company is about and how they want there customers to feel about buying a vehicle. Very understanding and down to earth guy. My experience through bridgeland auto and the way my wife and I were treated is something I'll look forward too again in the future hopefully sooner then later. Everybody in general has a great work attitude there. Thanks again bridgeland auto for all the help you've made the wife very happy with her new car and me happy about the price. Only thing that lacked was the detail. Car just received a quick wet wash. Not a big deal for me i will fully detail the car. Would have been more impressive on presentation if cleaned and waxed. Other wise the whole process was very simple and hassle free and not a lot of time waiting around. I walked in and left with the car in just over a hour.
