Grey Market vehicles. Buyers beware of how they obtain the vehicles. We were told it was a trade in but it was an auction vehicle from Canada. Factory warranties are not transferable if vehicle was titled in different country. The follow up calls and emails were far from good customer service. Too many other dealerships that offer a lot better service. It’s why I bought my new Jeep from another place.
Drove to lot to check out what was available and drove out in a 2021 Compass...Andy R was great to work with and Mike (?) got the financing for me with no problem...thanks guys 😀🚘

Steer clear from this facility
We purchased our tires through Chrysler and received lifetime tire rotation. We brought the vehicle in to have tires rotated, as we were checking out we noticed they marked our mileage 3000 miles above what it actually is. Also, after arriving home we found that they never even checked the air in our tires. One was 10 lbs lower than the others. So much for the 'inspection' they noted on our paperwork. This wasn't the first time we have not been happy with them.

Jeep Grand Cherokee Repairs
We took the vehicle in with an engine light on and performance issues. The customer service was amazing, very helpful and understanding. After diagnosing the issue I was called with the problem, solution and cost. Very professional, the vehicle was completed and cleaned as well. Very nice service. Awesome people working there. That's why I come here.. Thank You guys so much.

Worst Car I Ever bought
I bought a Jeep that had good mileage and very reasonable, it was 2 years old. I bought it the same day through the credit union. The Credit Union required two days for pick-up. I was told to come in the next day to speed up the process. When I got there the car was ready and I signed the papers. I made it clear not to recheck my credit because I did not want it on my credit report. I found out later that was exactly what they did to speed up the process. When I got the car home the finish was extremely rough with scratches and paint peeling in the front. The interior was loaded full of deep scratches in the back seat and in the storage area. At no time was this pointed out to me at the dealership. I did not check the entire car before buying since it was so new. I have never seen a newer car in this shape. It looked like it was used in the country for hunting and carrying large dogs. When I complained they offered to buff and touch up the car. This further destroyed the finished because they used a small bottle of touch up paint to cover large areas instead of doing a professional job. When I had a tidy coat put on the Jeep, the company said it was one of the worst finishes on a newer car that they had ever seen. Please be aware this company is very dishonest and if you choose to do business with them check everything carefully.
