Besides the fact that they had my jeep for 10 days,

Besides the fact that they had my jeep for 10 days, changed me over 5 grand... They didn't fix the issues!!! DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!!! No service, no call-back,(after 17 calls to them!) And absolutely NO knowledge about how to repair a car. THE ABSOLUTE WORST place anywhere

It looked like a very busy day in the service dept. Audra was very helpful, got the answers to my questions and kept me informed on the progress of repairs.

Wrangler 392

Buck was great! Ordered a wrangler 392 and he kept me informed throughout the entire build. Highly recommend. Plus how can you not buy a car from a guy named Buck Rogers!

Hope they get it figured out.

I've been here several times and wish my experience was different each time. I keep hoping they'll turn things around from a customer experience standpoint. There seems to be a careless oblivion to the customer experience. This time, the restroom as not in order and needing repair, the sales team were bad mouthing customers within ear-shod of the service waiting room but the worst was this: I was quoted 2 and half hours and it took 4. Here's why - I requested to apply a third party warrantee. Told them I'd be paying either way. The vehicle sat while they waited for they waited for the warrantee company to call back with approval or denial. Then, knowing I was in the waiting room, they did not let me know the truck was finished and it sat for a time until I went to the counter to inquire as to the progress. Only then did I discover the work had been done. Not a huge deal but indicative of systemic failure in the customer service experience. The service manager seems to be doing his best but there are too many variables out of his control. Hope they get it figured out. Now that my Chrysler warrantee is done, I'll be finding another place for service work and will NEVER buy a vehicle there based on the comments overheard from the sales team. This is really unfortunate as this is my home town dealership.

Easiest ever

Easiest car buying experience in my life. Honest straightforward and absolutely no BS. Called Andy - he sent me a couple options based on our discussion. Car showed up at my house the next day.

The way sales should be done!

After a horrendous experience at a different Ram dealership, Matt Brown did an excellent job from the 1st response to my inquiry until the delivery. The GM Mike and Derik in finance were also great. They do things they way it’s supposed to be done dealership wise. Do not hesitate to try this place out, I drove 3 hours and would do it again, no problem.

Buyer Beware!

Would give negative stars if I could. Buyer beware!! I purchased a used car in November and 6 days later the engine light came on. They told me "good news" this issue is covered by a Factory Warranty. Then, 2 months after that issue was resolved the engine blew up. Sadly I was 2 weeks beyond my 3 month purchase warranty and was told "their hand were tied". The GM told me that they treat every customer the same - so fair warning!!

Wrangler 392

Buck Rogers was outstanding. The 392 Wrangler is special with super limited allocation. Buck kept me informed of the process and once it arrived, the buying process was super easy. They even picked out an”custom” Michigan plate for the 470hp Jeep! Outstanding and would give 10 Stars if I could
