Juan Penton he is the rudest and most obnoxious guy I've

Juan Penton he is the rudest and most obnoxious guy I've ever seen. He treats the customer worse than the garbage cars that he's trying to service. Rick Case should show him the door and hire someone who actually can help customers and not try to bully them. He is always "too busy" because he is trying to insult customers not help them. Rita Case show him the door........ he's not even capable of taking out the trash in your dealership.

from initial purchase to all of my services have been

from initial purchase to all of my services have been terrible and not worth a star. I can never get an answer on any of my many issues. the manager has never called me back after several calls there along with messages with the service manager. my issue has still not been addressed and do not know my next step.

They don’t deserve even one star, I was not going to

They don’t deserve even one star, I was not going to complain because I don’t believe in doing that, but this time it was too much, very inexperienced people working there, from top to bottom, from assigning the plates for the Maserati from another one of my cars (Mercedes)? The cashier almost charging $800 dollars more than what the invoice indicated, assigning the wrong VIN # to the app so instead of my car I can control someone else’s? etc, I will never come back to this dealer, I will go back to the one in Palm Beach.

They don’t deserve even one star, I was not going to complain because I don’t believe in doing that, but this time it was too much, very inexperienced people working there, from top to bottom, from assigning the plates for the Maserati from another one of my cars (Mercedes)? I would have given zero Stars if possible!

I would have given zero Stars if possible! The biggest disaster ever. Carside for many days after my appointment date. Service advisor was abrupt and to the point so I spoke to them service manager. Brought the car in for leaky Tonneaux cylinders. After 5 days in the shop, they told me that there was no way to check out the Leaky cylinders since they didn't have a part number for Maserati fluid & and they suggested it taken to a Ferrari Maserati dealership very far from me! Can you believe $160,000 car that they sell and cannot service it!!? This is the craziest arrangement I ever encountered!! If you're buying a maserati, definitely don't buy it from them: you will be sorry on the service end!! This has been a major major inconvenience for me not to mention the amount of time the car was tied up and the General attitude of the dealership. I would not be surprised if they lose their rights to the Maserati Franchise. Ferrari of Ft. Lauderdale has been fantastic & a night & day difference!!

I had a great experience with my previous 3 purchases at

I had a great experience with my previous 3 purchases at Hyundai Rick Case, so much so that I always told people that you have one of the best services, but this time I felt like I was ripped off and treated like an idiot. I traded my BMW car in for an Alpha Romeo and now I am supposed to pay for the return of the car and tires. This has never happened to me before in my life of buying/trading car for over 30 years. When I trade a car in, the responsibility goes to the dealer who keeps the car. When I asked the manager about it, he told me it was my responsibility and that they just returned the car. You just lost a client and will not recommend rick case to anybody anymore
