Purchased an SUV, i knew what i wanted, i was not a hard sale, nor am i a difficult person to work with. I live South carolina i drove all the way to this dealiship for 1 specific SUV. The car has an issue where the it jumps randomly into emergency transmission mode it even happend when my sales person Jamie Crawford when we were in the car together. I did not make a big deal about because it did not seem to affect the driving. They sent me on my way with a 45 day Temp tag. Over the next 45 days i recieve no permanent tag or registration. I call them they tell me they sent it to my local dmv. I go to my local DMV and they don't have it the system. Come to find out they mailed my paperwork for the registration and 43 DAYS AFTER i drove off with the car. Which is not nearly enough time for my local dmv to recieve and process it. So i have been driving around with an expired tag and registation for the last 3 days and i PAID THEM to take care of this for me. I called the location with my complaint was told the manager would respond to me. 8 hours later i have recieved no response. This is ridiculous and HIGHLY inconvenient.

RUN FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!! They Claim vehicles are "certified for safety"....they are not. What they do is spray paint over rust so you wont notice until its too late. This is a classic shady Used Car dealer tactics. I purchased a 2014 Tundra and was told over and over about how it was certified by a mechanic for safety but the critical safety support on the front were rusted through. That would never had passed any real certification. Seriously RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

There is right and wrong And there is very wrong I really tried to believe that this company wasn’t full is crap in what they said They however turned into the exact thing that puts used car dealerships in the bad taste horrible joke category They made a mistake couldn’t take the time cause it didn’t make them money to fix it and now it has to go to court It is one of the greatest regrets of my Life having done business with them

Purchased a Jeep Grande Cherokee Aug 2021. I put down $1000 and made 8, $400 payments so far, filled th tank up at least four times and all to have never been able to drive it. Red flag 1 should have been with the lady doing my financing asked why the Woodstock dealership didn’t let me bring the car with me while purchasing. After signing papers, going and getting the vehicle am driving ten miles down the road the engine light came on. I messaged. They said no worries. Probably something simply. They will fix it. Jennifer is one of the nicest people there, I’m not sure how she handles her job. The mechanic Joe is nice enough. He doesn’t have a clue. I bought this car for my 15 year old so she could learn to drive and give it to her. I wish I could show the video of her crying when we pulled up the the car. Needless to say she turned 16 in feb and she had never driven the car. I still do not have the car. They “tried” to help and fix things. The mechanic put in many wrong parts which in turn caused other parts to mess up badly. I finally had to take it to a vested Chrysler mechanic to find that the beginning would need $1800 worth of work. The dealership was kind enough to help with that cost. Then the car still had issues and locked up finding that they put the wrong cylinder head in And it was scorn and all these words the mechanic used and said I hate to tell you this but you need a new engine. I told the dealership. The one I have patiently dealt with having my calls screens for 7 months and then they didn’t want to bother with me anymore. Their mechanic was suppose to call my mechanic just to tell him what all he did. Found out the cylinder heads were under warranty. Was going to get them exchanged and it could have possibly helped and gotten things going. I was told four times they would call back. It’s been over a month since and not a word. I’m a single mom and I have to work extra just to be able to afford the payment and insurance on this car we have never driven. My child has no car. Her 16th birthday was ruined bc of the uncaring people. Whom I’m sure would feel the same way if someone did them this way. We are just a paycheck from them. And one of their former employees who I spoke to after this person quit was telling me good luck the place is awful and so forth. This place has ruined so much for me and my child and they could have made this right. They said in text and many calls and in person that they would make this right. I was even told that if the last time it didn’t get fixed they would put me in another car. My mechanic deemed the car very unsafe for my child to drive since when I was bringing it home it lost power and almost had me hit at an intersection. This was my experience. It was an awful one. $17k and I have to come up with more and an engine if I ever want to give my child a vehicle to drive. But at your own risk.

Tony was super nice and helped me get into the vehicle that I have been waiting a long time to purchase. I found the vehicle online, but when I went into the dealership they were very professional and courteous. The purchase was fast and efficient. It was an excellent buying experience. Thank you Tony and Ralph for helping me.

Buying a car is typically the worst process ever. However, Tony Jamal & GAW have a great system down. Tony really went above & beyond to make sure I felt taken care of and that I was completely happy with the car I found and my experience. He also went above & beyond to make sure I was able to get my rental car back to Enterprise and that I had no issues. In addition to that, the paperwork part was extremely quick, as well, and I've never liked buying a car more! Definitely recommend Tony Jamal and the team there.

Tony Jamal was truly helpful in assisting me to purchase my first car. He did not attempt to persuade me to purchase anything that I did not want or need. So far, my experience has been good. For that I will vouch for him and GA Auto World.

Don't walk away, run! Drive past this joke of a dealership. Liars, rude staff, cars not properly inspected before selling, even though they'll tell you it has been. Bought a 2016 Mazda3. Fan vent for heating and A/C wasn't working intermittently and lights on dash kept flickering. Took 3 trips to the dealer to fix. Next brakes shaking, said they'll fix it as a courtesy. Wait, what? Courtesy, I just bought the car and was told it had good brakes, tires, etc... So clearly no courtesy, you're taking care of what should've been done! Brakes now making a clicking sound intermittently, that was not present before the said replacement. Took car back a 4th time for brakes. Still not fixed don't trust them to take it back a 5th time. No one would tell me what their return policy was when I asked. Crooks! Cars look good but are not all what they appear. Go spend your money where it is appreciated and respected. This was my worst car buying experience EVER! This place is beyond shady and has no structure! RUN!!!!

Victoria was my sales person who is a very sharp person, but being a military veteran I was most impressed she was proud of her grandfather military service and that respect carried over to me in the treatment I received. The delivered on the two issues at the point of sell without a problem. While have the two issues address the entire staff was pleasant.
