I purchased a 2013 Mazda 3! Awesome vehicle, awesome customer service, very well explained, and very honest. Thank you so much for everthing Tony,... Oliver, and Victoria!
Victoria was my sales person who is a very sharp person, but being a military veteran I was most impressed she was proud of her grandfather military service... and that respect carried over to me in the treatment I received. The delivered on the two issues at the point of sell without a problem. While have the two issues address the entire staff was pleasant.
I’m very pleased with the customer service and knowledge of the employees. Victoria was really nice and went out of her way to help. I would recommend... this place to anyone.
What can I say about Georgia Auto World; dirty, junky lot and building, rude, incompetent employees, non existent customer service, a very shady, argumentative... owner and very deceptive business practices. It took over 4 months for me to obtain Title to a car I paid cash for because GA Auto World sat on the paperwork, then filled out the DMV documents incorrectly. It was my most stressful car buying experience ever. Stay FAR away from GA Auto World!!!
I'll be as brief as I can, but ny experience after the fact was/has been HORRIBLE! I'll skip over the fact that the A/C had to be repaired before I would... purchase the car. That was fixed, but the change oil notification was on and they PROMISED to take care of that as well. Fast forward one week after having the car and I feel the transmission do something funny. I manage to get the car home and a mechanic does a quick inspection and finds that I have a major transmission fluid leak. Upon further inspection we discover that the oil was never changed and is very low. I don't necessarily blame the salesman, because when I told him, he at least called me to apologize. I've since then emailed the general manager with no response back whatsoever. I mean if you had changed the oil like you promised, then you would have checked the rest of the fluids in the car and diagnosed the transmission fluid leak at that time. As it stands right now I'm stuck with a car that I cannot find the part to replace in order to get the leak to stop. They have great looking cars on the lot, but from my experience, that's all that I can brag about for them. I highly recommend purchasing a car somewhere else due to this POOR level of customer service.
I must say Ms. Veronica was absolutely GREAT from the very beginning. I drove away from GAW with a 2016 beautiful Mercedes-Benz within 24hrs. The entire... staff was so nice and friendly. I am soooo happy I found this place.
Do not purchase an extended warranty from these criminals. They built the warranty-$2000 -into the financing, then never submitted the funds to the warranty... provider. Three years later- I have no warranty and they have failed to return my $2000.
I had a great experience from Georgia Auto World. I was able to setup an appointment for the time I needed to visit and the car was cleaned and ready for... me to look at before I arrived. Very laid back approach, the sales representative, DJ, simply allowed me to look at the vehicle on my own time and didn't try to "sell the car" like many sales reps try to do. Even after I decided to purchase a vehicle from Georgia Auto World, I had several questions for them and they answered me back instantly. I went to several different places looking for the specific car I wanted to purchase and I had the best experience from GA AW!
I am extremely frustrated with my vehicle purchase through GA World Auto. The company does not follow up, does not follow through and honestly says enough... to get you out the door and off the phone. The staff is extremely helpful and speedy to getting you out for test driving, paperwork and purchase. However, if you are in need to discuss anything further its always a hassle and a struggle. Let me share my experience. Mid July of 2019, I purchased a Benz C300 which I daily regret... Since having this vehicle two tires needed to be replaced (in that time we found a cracked rim), windshield wipers replacement, front and rear brakes and now an entire power steering pump, xxxxx and bearings for my steering wheel. I've had the car less than 3 months and have spent more in repairs than the car not itself. I understand If the cars are certified like they say maybe I am just unaware of what this checklist is to have a vehicle pass a certified inspection. Once I found out about my fuel pump I called GA World Auto for assistance with repairs. Initially I was told they would insert the new pump IF i ordered the part and purchased it myself. I have now ordered the part which I was totally okay with however once I called back again to set up a day to tow my vehicle to the company...the option had changed and they are no longer able to place the part in my vehicle because their sales manager was quitting. They didn't even offer an option to insert the part if I paid them. Firstly, I've gotten the run around from many of the employees from day one. I never received my CarFax Report. The day I bought the car the guy helping me with finalizing paperwork couldn't even explain all the documents and what they meant for the buyer. I also heard a conversation via phone from two employees not realizing that I was still on the line. The conversation was very inappropriate and basically the guy was telling the other employee that this was their mess and their sale so they needed to "deal with me". I DO NOT, I REPEAT - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!! Unless you are interested in having a car note and auto repair note frequently. P.S. Went to pick up my car after the first issue with my brakes and went on the premises to find the entire leasing trailer unlocked with tons of peoples info and paperwork just hanging. There was no employees in sight or on the lot. However I waited about 10 mins and two employees came back to the lot. If i was a crook I would've had people personal info, etc. Just not a trustworthy company. Very shady. Very unprofessional. DO NOT GIVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. PLEASE!
I would like to start off by thanking mr. Victor Harris. I was interested in a vehicle and got in contact with the dealership and all seemed well, victor... calls me the day before double checking to make sure I'm still coming out. I've now changed my whole schedule around to make the 2 1/2 hour drive( I work night shift and had to leave by 8 am. Only 2 hrs of sleep now). I get there and I see the car, start checking it out until someone comes out. Victor comes out and tells me someone is inside in the process of buying the car I just drove out to pick up. Pretty mad at this point, I shook his hand and left. This was very unprofessional, a waste of my gas and time. He never once mentioned a potential customer or ask for deposit to hold the car until I was there and they were signing on the line. He mentioned they were there that morning so he could have at the very least given me a phone call to let me know so I didnt have to waste so much time. Time. -Chris
