From Sioux Falls, SD.

From Sioux Falls, SD. Mike B was my salesman. Unbelievable experience from beginning to end! Mike took pictures and video's to send and the Finance Dept made the deal easy. I would recommend buying a vehicle here. No pressure, just alway's asked if they could do anymore to earn my business. Driving 4.5 hours there, everything was ready besides for the test drive. 5 Stars!

I bought a used Jeep Cherokee from Pischke.

I bought a used Jeep Cherokee from Pischke. Mike Baumbach was my sales person. He is very personable and answered all of my questions. It was a very good experience. Tyrone, the "finance guy" was equally as pleasant. I would recommend.

Went to Pischke for the expertise, left with an expensive

Went to Pischke for the expertise, left with an expensive receipt and a crummy feeling. I brought my late model Nissan to Pischke for a blinking airbag light and a front end noise diagnosis. The diagnostic states that the front passenger axle is bad. For the record that axle was replaced by an independent shop just over a month prior. I've looked at it myself weeks later, nothing indicated what it said being true. When I called back to ask what the mechanic's opinion was on what the cause of that axle being bad was I was told some nonsense about the control arm having been replaced, a detail that was not on the receipt. For the record, again: that control arm has never been replaced during my ownership. So, your tech is not trustworthy. It's shameful you could not figure out how to clear those airbag codes nor provide me with an adequate diagnostic. FYI another shop told me the same thing, but something in front of the clock spring was non-functional. To Pischke motors staff: I offer feedback because I want things done right. I don't complain just to hear myself talk. FYI: If someone ends up injured or killed because nobody could give me an accurate diagnostic to get it fixed, guess who is getting blamed in court? I am not going to dictate the obvious to you. This is the third time I've had anyone look at this issue and I still don't have an answer. Put frankly, this is downright infuriating. I received a small ticket containing details about feedback when I left. The d*** thing was the cheapest, flimsiest paper ever which I'll take as an indicator of how much Pischke cares about its customers. That ticket had promised a feedback opportunity a week later... to which I have not received anything. I did call your dealership promptly after receiving a message about leaving feedback. To which your guy said some nonsense about the secretary going home at five, blah, blah, blah, and "not my problem" was the feeling I got. I never got the feedback opportunity a week later, as promised on the cheap *** paper ticket. There were two redeeming factors in my experience at Pishcke. Your service representative Manny was awesome to deal with! Super nice guy, and quite attentive. Give that guy a raise! Your carwash is excellent too. It kept my Murano clean for a week in the Wisconsin slush, salt, and snow this winter!

Hello Jay, Thank you for the feedback, it sounds like there is some confusion over a part recently replaced failing. Unfortunately, this does happen sometimes when aftermarket parts are used. We would love to speak with you to provide more Clarity on exactly what failed and what repairs are required. Please give us a call at 608-791-3060 - Brett

Pischke's mechanical work nearly KILLED me

You people nearly got me killed. I took my late model Nissan to your dealership for an alignment just a handful of weeks ago. Mind you for an alignment the CV shaft components should never have been touched. My drivers side (left side) shaft has been producing a rapid clicking sound for the same amount of time. I inspected that CV shaft last night and discovered that the boot is INTACT but there is OIL EVERYWHERE and that same shaft is FALLING out of my transmission. If that shaft were to fall out aka fail the vehicle while driving it would LOSE CONTROL and pull to one side, due to that axle failure. Your mechanics do shoddy, unsafe work, and your service managers are okay with that. I am never buying ANYTHING from you, again, EVER.

NON NEGOTIABLE DEALER = RUN

I went in to purchase a vehicle. During the test drive electrical issues were discovered(passenger side would only blow heat, even when set on cold). They refused to negotiate the price(which was 2,500 above fair market value). They also lied about the transmission being new (couldn’t show proof). Apparently “the sales manager gets paid regardless if they sell the car or not”. I went in wanting to build a long lasting relationship with a reputable dealer, I left promising to never deal with them again. NON NEGOTIABLE DEALER = RUN

Interrupting service technician.

Brought my Ram in for an oil change and recall for tailgate latch adjustment. Was talking to the service person about an issue I had with my tailgate latching on one side and not the other which caused my tailgate to become jammed. Jaws were open on one side and not the other causing tailgate to jam and become inoperable. Some service technician walked behind us and heard part of the conversation. He said in a very condescending manner that the problem was the tonneau cover. That may make it a little harder to latch, but had nothing to do with one latch being open and the other closed. If he had actually been there for the entire conversation he may have been able to add something constructive to the conversation. Did not appreciate his attitude. Probably won’t be going back.

Lead on, let down and lied to.

On October 20th, 2021 I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change at Pischke NIssan in La Crosse, and was told I needed to replace my front left and right control arms. They had to check with my Warranty I purchased when I bought the vehicle and they would get back to me and let me know cost and time-frame. I had originally talked with Brandy and she had left a voicemail after the oil change and I called back and talked to someone a few weeks later since I had not heard back anything else yet on an estimated date for repair. I was told by more than one person that they looked up my warranty info and I was going to have to pay $50-$100 dollars for the repair and the rest would be covered by my warranty. I called back every month and I was assured that my warranty was not expired until 2022 and that it would be honored even though the parts were still not in 3 months later... I was worried that they would not cover it after it expires if the parts were not going to be in. I was assured it was safe and ok to drive my vehicle long distances with no repercussions or further damage being caused. I was getting very frustrated with no call backs about when the "parts" were finally being in since they told me they were ordered and it would be covered numerous time but they were awaiting the parts arrival. I ended up calling and talking to Julie three weeks back and she said she would do some detective work for me and get back to me. I was never called back. I ended up calling back last week and talked with Julie again and asked her if she forgot about me.. She said she had to talk to someone else about it and that it looked like my warranty had expired... I am beyond frustrated and in complete shock and disbelief how bad their communication is and how I was lead to believe by numerous employees, whom they say 2 of them do not work their anymore, that everything was good to go they were just waiting on the parts and my warranty would be covering most of the cost of the repair work... I will not be buying a new vehicle when the time comes and trading mine in their because of this bad experience and I would not recommend them to anyone of my friends or family. I felt like I was forgotten, not cared about, promised something, disregarded and then told sorry your warranty doesn't cover it and none of the multiple 3 + people you talked to should have told you that... Very disappointed to say the least. I would give it a 1 star now!
