Since we disputed this claim by contacting our credit card we were told they would "NO LONGER SERVICE OUR VEHICLE BOUGHT and PAID FOR AT P.P. THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT LOYAL, LONG TERM CUSTOMERS! BUYER BEWARE AND PORSCHE NORTH AMERICA...ATTENTION!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to address the matter. After review, Porsche North America declined the claim because the service was not utilized within the applicable time frame, and the request was submitted after more than a year and a half had passed. In addition, Princeton Porsche provided goodwill assistance by covering the next service, despite the situation. We value your long-standing relationship with the Porsche brand and Princeton Porsche, and we regret that this outcome did not meet your expectations. However, the customer must also take responsibility for timely use of the prepaid service plan. This claim was declined by Porsche North America to expiration and Porsche Princeton cannot overturn the claim.
We’re you to be truthful PRINCETON PORSCHE bears responsibility in never issuing paperwork Nor TIMELY NOTIFICATION OF AN EXPIRATION DATE WE, however, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRUSTING AND NOT REQUIRING THE HARD COPY OF PAPERWORK As for our 4 DECADES OF PATRONAGE, you cannot possibly value this and at the same time respond in such a cavalier manner Also of interest, having seen similar Complaints posted, SUCH CUSTOMER DISREGARD and SALES OF PREPAID MAINTENANCE PLANS SEEMS TO BE YOUR NORM!
It was not, as you stated, a year and half after purchase of plan I was told — a 3 month extension was offered…AFTER service was performed. Purchase Nov 2023 Utilization May 2026 Expiration w/ extension Feb 2026 WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION WHATSOEVER
ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS… WE TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOT REQUESTING PAPERWORK OR EVEN KNOWING THERE WAS AN EXPIRATION DATE! When you purchase a 20,000 mile prepaid maintenance plan and are never told or notified that there is an expiration date and you bring it in at 18,000 miles, how would a customer know it has expired? PP however, has a track record of similar complaints that have been cited. BUYER BEWARE! Princeton Porsches’ actions negate their words as cited in their responses

Had a Great time at Porsche Princeton, process was smooth and Raphael Mirasol made buying my first Porsche so easy, can’t say enough how welcomed they made me feel at this dealership.
