Write a review1 time Car owner need help
I'm interested in buying a Nissan Altima Nissan Maxima however as a first-time car owner I am a little skeptical and which is the best car I need someone to help me figure out which one would be better for a first time car owner with two kids

As a first time car buyer and a person who has never written reviews for anything, I had to write a review for this place because of their excellent customer service! I went to this Carsbuck 776 Coney Island Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11218 dealership looking for a 2015 Nissan and met up with their employee named Chastity. Sadly, that car was already bought off just before I got there but Chastity was very much willing to me help out out in finding a car accordingly to my situation of getting my first time job and cause of that I was on a very tight budget. She was very enthusiastic and let me check out others car and the 2016 Nissan Altima caught my eye but I could not afford it. She was very willing to work with me, hospitable, and with a lot of support and reassurance said she would see what her manager can do. Tarik the manager was also outstanding to work with. He explained to me step by step of how the run down would go for this and was willing to hear me out and adjust the cars price accordingly. He also reached out to his other networks to help with the process, what insurance would be the most feasible, and even told me tips and tricks of how to handle the car/where I should go to for all the other things the car needs. He also asked me what my budget was and sold me the car at exactly that price which I was extremelyyyy grateful for! He did everything for me there plate registering, insurance and all the paperwork and explained calmly (I was stressed but this helped me) to me everything throughout before signing without any crazy fees added which I was also very grateful for. They were both very understanding and willing to accommodate. I didn't feel pressured into getting a different plan to buy the car or into buying a more expensive car like other dealerships that I had went to during my search. This dealership was very straightforward with their processing and it was easy with no crazy fee costs attached. I bought the car at a good price even with the shortage of cars currently because they were caring of their customers. I would highly recommend buying from this dealership!

Spent a few hours here before Christmas for a 2015 Ford Explorer. The car buying experience was pleasant. Tony is top notch in the business and he knows all the details about the car. He is very professional, friendly and willing to work out a deal. The car so far runs great and the family was very happy with the purchase. Their office may look small but it's cozy and you can definitely feel some personal touch in there. Their staff, Moe and Felix, were very friendly and helpful. Moe went out a few times with me to test drive and get the car ready to go. I even watched a little NBA games with Felix in the office while waiting for loan approval. Overall 5 star dealership. Happy new year from Prof. Li! :)

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I have been looking for a car for my son and have walked into a couple of different dealerships outside of the city and unfortunately today's experience confirms the reason why. First, I walk into the office and had to say Hellooo because there was no one around in or outside this establishment. A salesman came out of the room closest to the door. I later found out his name was Felix (not sure because although he asked me a couple of disturbing questions, he was not interested in asking my name nor did he share his...first red flag). I proceeded to inform him that I was in the market to purchase a car for my son and that I was interested in test driving 3 cars on the lot. Two of the cars had 4 cars in front of them so I understood that would be difficult and asked if I could at least test drive the car that had 1 car in front of it that was directly facing the street. Well..."Felix" (the Latino guy with a ponytail) asked if we could set up an appointment and he could have the 3 cars ready. I told him since I drove all the way there (26 minutes) I asked if I could at least test drive the G35 in the front. He then asked what would happen if I liked the car and my son comes back and he doesn't like it (yeah...strange question from someone who is suppose to be looking to earn my business...second red flag). I told him that we would of course have to come to a mutual agreement before I purchase a car. He then proceeded to tell me that he has a lot of people coming to the dealership looking for high end cars and they can't really afford it but he doesn't know my finances ...xxxx right he doesn't know my finances and should have never insinuated that I could not afford to buy an almost 10 year old Infiniti for my son...really (third red flag). I then asked him if he was going to continue to waste my time telling me about his past or were we going to get down to business and test drive a car! He said yes and asked a guy to move the car in front of it. The guy said he was busy. He told me to give him a minute, only to go in the office and come back out to say he was short staff and if I could come back (I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER AND THERE WAS SOMEONE ELSE IN THE OFFICE..FORTH AND FINAL RED FLAG!). I told him that I will not be back and that this was the worst experience I have had looking for a car! I had enough of this blatant disrespect and Extremely judgmental interaction I encountered from this salesperson. I would hate to think that because I was an African American woman with Dreadlocks that he did not feel I was worthy of receiving at least Adequate customer service...for God's sake...ask me for my name and tell me yours to appear interested. Isn't that Sales 101. Know who you are talking to instead of judging and making assumptions Felix or whoever you are. Felix...you should know that I have several friends that have children who graduated from high school this year and are looking for cars for their children (and yes they can afford to buy a car) and you have not only lost one customer but several other potential customers. Word of mouth is your best referral. I am sure that there are reputable used car dealerships in Brooklyn so I hate to paint a broad stroke on this one incident with this one disgraceful salesperson but this is NOT a dealership that I will ever step foot in again and do not recommend them or at least him to anyone.
