From when I walked in the door, the Used Car Factory tried to help me get a car. They tried everything to get me financed.
Does not handle snow like the salesman said it would. Overpriced. Takes months to cancel extended warranty to ensure THEIR profit margin. STILL NOT... DONE. Focus is their profit margin at your expense.
When I was first looking at a car I was looking at a 2013 FRS, I contacted one of the salesman, his name was Jonathan. He was very helpful about looking... at cars and knowing about them. As I got there, I test drove the FRS, I didnt really like it so I asked about another car, and another. He knew about a lot of the cars in his inventory, I ended up on a 2010 Subaru Impreza. As I went through the buying process he was able to help me get the car at a much lower and competitive rate. The dealership was even able to work and provide an active duty military discount. I would recommend this dealership without any concern.
All though I did not purchase a vehicle from here, I did have a wonderful experience with them. The salesman kevin did a wonderful job. I would highly... recommend this dealership to anyone, and would recommend kevin as the point of contact. Thank you
By far the WORST Customer service ever. After 9 phone calls and given the run around re: a cancellation of an extended warranty in October. To be told... it was never submitted until December. I was told 2x in November then refund was sent to me per Steve. Here it is January and you guessed it still no refind. Zurich advised me of the amount they refunded The Used Car Factory and Liz til do me it was 1/2 of that. REALLY??? Zurich has been involved to let Liz know that the amount was clearly different. Still haven Never received any check refund And Liz is out. Steve is on vacation then back has no record of the amount the "check" is for. I asked could they FED ex the check and guess what???? Steve told me "it's in the mail". Last week they didn't have my address funny since I get calls and mailings about "specials". Must have lost me address since they OWE me $$. Bunch of run around and no one knows what's going on or who handles the actual check. I'm guessing he check in November got lost in the mail. Would NEVER buy anything from this place. HORRIBLE Customer service. STILL WAITING for my $$$$$$$

Very low pressure sales tactics; flexible in letting me take the car 80 miles to my mechanic; called up the previous owner so I could talk to him about... possible problems; fair price.
