I have a 2500 GMC, and actually live about 260 miles from
I have a 2500 GMC, and actually live about 260 miles from Springdale. Coming thru Arkansas this week my truck went into power reduction. On star told me it was a transmission fault and the truck wouldn't run over 55mph. I knew Crain was up off 412 and was hoping for a miracle to make it back home that night. It was 15 till 6 when I got there and Harrison was absolutely my hero! He told me the issue, said I maybe able to get it where you can make it home and he absolutely kept his word! Most people at quiting time don't really care to hear a story of some guy that has already spent 4 days away from and wants to get home, they have already put in a days work and ready to head that way themselves. Harrison not only took the time but I am glad to report I made it home safe and sound. Got with my local dealer and they are going to get it fixed for good once they can get a part. I just have to say my next time thru Springdale I'm dropping off some donuts for my best new friend in Arkansas!! Thanks again Harrison your the man!!

Sarah contacted me once and I asked her to have Ricardo the sales person contact me but he never did. Then I emailed her a few days later asking about the truck I was very interested in but never got a reply. I guess she and Ricardo were too busy.

STAY AWAY!!!
Worst dealership ever. We drove five hours to Arkansas to buy a car and then when we showed up it had minor damage to the back. There was a significant dent and scratches. We brought a certified check with us so the dealership said they would mail us a check for $200 to make up for the damage. No mind you, it cost us $275.00 to fix the car but whatever, they only offered us $200 and it was better than nothing. It's now been seven weeks, and no check. I've sent at least half a dozen emails and have made multiple calls. The sales person won't do anything, so four days ago I called to file a complaint and was told I would be getting a call back on Monday. It's now Wednesday and I had to call again because no one called me back. Yet again, my name and number was taken down and I was told 'they'd look into it' and call me back but they 'don't know when they'll be able to call me back. At this point I doubt we'll ever get it. Also there was a missing part, it was a small plastic piece, but it was missing and they said they'd mail it to us and we could put it on. Of course, seven weeks later no part.

Excellent Service-Above Expectations

Great buying experience!
I had a very good experience with my salesperson Cole. I specifically looked him up because I was impressed with the way he handled my son?s car purchase last year. As expected he was easy to work with, not pushy and genuinely interested in getting me taken care of and into the car I was interested in. I had planned to pay cash for the car but with Monday being a banking holiday the check did not go thru as it should because the bank transfers were delayed. So I made arrangements to bring a cashiers check by Wednesday to take care of the payment. Tuesday I had to be out of town for a funeral my mother had just passed this week. I worked with your business manager and he was easy to work with as well. I can?t remember his name at the moment but finalizing all the paperwork was easy. When my bank delayed my transfer for the last $15k he had a solution to handle the situation smoothly and without a lot of stress. As you can imagine it was a stressful week in my life. On Christmas Eve on my way out of state my engine burnt up on my current car so I had to make car shopping a priority even though I was concerned about whether I?d be clear headed enough to complete the transaction. They were very patient and kind with me and answered all my questions. I was in and out within a few minutes and I was relieved I had reliable transportation again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Cole Hennigan was very pleasant. He explained some of the new features of the car to me, and went over details on the sale and new car, with a friendly, non pressure style. Very polite and attentive. i would deal with him again.
