Excellent experience.

Excellent experience. Mathew was great! Communicated information clearly. Comfortable lounge area to wait in. Very kind gentleman came through regularly offering transportation home or to go grab something to eat. Very clean and friendly environment. Would definitely recommend!

I drove in from Wisconsin for a convention and had car

I drove in from Wisconsin for a convention and had car trouble. Took my car to South Pointe Honda and, although they were backed up 3-4 days, they made an effort to squeeze my CRV in for service so that I could drive safely home just 2 days later!!

Always polite and quick service.

Always polite and quick service. Did not take too long to finish service, maybe 1 hr. Ask for report of what is needed to finish my 100,000 mile chech up, but never got it. Called service rep but did not answer his phone. I Will try again.
