My salesman Sergio Martinez was awesome ! He was very nice , informative & very patient with me . Derek Cavoto the finance & insurance manager was also a great guy ! He was very professional & hilarious ! My overall experience was the best I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle ! Highly recommended Webb Chevrolet !

My brand new truck with 55 miles on it broke down, took

My brand new truck with 55 miles on it broke down, took it back to the dealership where they seemed to not care at all like this was no big deal. 2 weeks later it was fixed. Ordered floor Mats and asked to be installed while my new truck was in. Floor Mats were never installed even though paperwork said it was. How would I know that my engine was actually fixed too if they said my floor Mats were installed but they weren't? After waiting for an hour someone installed them, but did a horrible job. Almost looks like they used a saw and closed their eyes how bad the Mats were cut in the rear.

Thought i would come do a follow up review. After "fixing" my truck the first time with 55 miles on it. The same issue happened again at 700 miles where the truck was being repaired for over 10 days. I would not trust this dealership or would encourage anyone to go here.

Derek cavoto was a great financial representative he was able to work out a deal with me that I couldn’t pass up. Very helpful and willing to do whatever he could to make me happy with my purchase.

Diego Farias was the best car salesperson we ever had. Took the time to answer all our questions. He did not try to rush us into a purchase. Derek was great too. Webb Chevy is the best place to go.
