Friendly and efficient
We were new to the area and needed state inspection within a week. A nearby mechanic was too busy to take our car that quickly, so we tried calling Gray Chrysler. Gray was able to get us in within 2 days. Staff was friendly and appointment took only an hour. No hard sell on additional services that I usually get at dealerships. I requested an oil change which they completed. No other work needed for inspection. We will use Gray again.

Worst experience ever!! Lies and jerk you around. Have a HIGH Turnover rate is showroom. Took 7 visits to showroom to do a Lease Buyout... tell you the person is t there to do paperwork, cant get info at this time, do not do buy outside at end of month, do not answer emails, make appointments and then not there when u show up ...Blow u off as soon as they find out you dont want anything they trying to sell. Took 3 hours on last visit to do buyout paperwork, not like they had a bunch of people in the show room, this is After we did all the work ourselves to secure a loan. Always have hidden fees!!!
We are about to head down to their store. Since because of all the negative comments. I'm sure that they will treat us like that too. I am sorry .
I was told I had to come in for the trade in value. I gave them all the information about my situation on the phone. After I made a 2 hour drive was told they couldn’t make any sales. Asked for my license, just to find out they get money just for having a customer come to the store.
Great experience working with folks at Gray Jeep. Bianca and Greg were very knowledgeable, patient and easy to do business with. I felt valued as customer, so way to go!!!

Bought a wrangler jk
Went browsing at a few dealerships, got quotes and wound up looking at gray Chrysler. I was immedietly helped by Tyler. Didnt pressure me or harass me like other places, but was great when it came time to selecting what was best for me. My credit wasnt where i wanted it to be, but he made sure I still got what i wanted and personally saw that the car had all the features I need and want. I would highly reccomend going here.

DON’T EVEN BOTHER!!!... I left this establishment feeling so insulted, disgusted, and humiliated. Do not let anyone diminish your dignity because you do not fit their criteria. It is their JOB to assist all customers, no matter the outcome. I spent over 2 hours waiting to speak to “the powers that be,” who much rather relay third-party messages to me while I am standing right outside of their office, than sit with me and have a conversation. (It’s not like they were busy. The business was EMPTY… I wonder why???) I LEFT IMMEDIATELY. I WILL NOT BE TREATED WITH SUCH DISRESPECT BY ANYONE!!! Shame on you LOU (Manager) and REBECCA (Finance Manager). Who do you think you are? YOUR JOB is to consult and assist customers in a professional and dignified manner. Not sit on your high horse and treat people as if they don’t matter. You ignorant, unempathetic, entitled, poor representation of human beings will never prosper and will fall so hard in life that not even GOD himself would be willing to pick you up. Someone is going to give the both of you the biggest taste of your own medicine, that you will wish you were NEVER the ATROCIOUS people that you both display yourselves to be. What these people fail to realize is that respect goes a long way. People have friends, families, colleagues, acquaintances, etc. that they would recommend your business to just on the strength of exceptional customer service. So, this one dissatisfied person walking out of the door has cost you more than you could ever imagine because what you didn’t know is WHO you were dealing with. In this day of social media, business owners really need to take more pride in assuring that their management staff and associates are always being the best representation of themselves and the company. Poor customer service
Drove an hour to the dealer after setting up a “VIP” appointment. Told them which vehicle I wanted to see. They set the appointment and I set off. Got there, didn’t know that the truck wasn’t even on the lot the instructed me to, then informed that I was sold. Wasted two hours because they couldn’t spend 5 minutes to take care of due diligence, and make sure the vehicle was available. Certainly would not ever do buisness with them at this point, or recommend them to anyone.
