Set up an appointment with this shady dealership. We let them know we're driving a good distance. They sold the car just before we arrived. I'm not expecting them to hold the car, but they could've told us there was an earlier appt made for that car when I made the appt. They could've called me letting me know the sale was happening and that still would've given us time to turn around and drive back. Instead, they had us show up, then wait, and 15 min into our appt time tell us the car was just sold. Then had the audacity to ask if I'd like to by a more expensive car. There are more respectable dealerships out there. I wish I had known how shady this place was before doing the long drive.

I had a great experience buying a new Honda Civic at Hertich Honda in Easton! I worked with Kareem, who fielded a lot of questions I had about the vehicle's features, and Sean and Kevin worked with me to arrange a deal that fit my needs. Everyone was very personable, and Kareem was comfortable to speak and deliberate with as my primary salesperson. If you're getting a Honda, this is location has given me the best experience in MD.

I can say I wasn't the best at knowing what I wanted. Instead of these gentlemen becoming upset or rude they were the complete opposite. I bought a beautiful new Honda Civic with the assistance of Sean Rasberry and general manager Mike McCauley. I love my new Civic! I found the pricing fair and honest, not a lot of haggling, and really appreciated the ease in reaching the final price. Sean actually delivered the car and took away my old leased car. He explained all my questions about the car and was completely organized and professional. I would definitely buy from Hertrich Honda again.

I previously had good service at Honda Dealers. Hertrich Honda was a terrible experience. I called and let them know I would wait for service , they gave me an appointment for 2PM . I arrived 10 min early and and was told 3 people were ahead of me and it would take another 45 minutes to change the oil. It took me 30 minutes to drive to the dealer ship and it turned out to be a bust I was obviously upset . I called the Manager on duty which was a wast of time. My Honda CRV is 5 years old and I am looking for new car. This is the only dealer near me so it looks like I will be buying a Toyata instead. I will never go back to this Dealer.

Sean Raspberry did a great job in walking me through the process of purchasing a new vehicle. Kept in touch throughout the process of my purchasing the kia soul. Very friendly, as he took the time to explain the different apps and how to access them to customer who is not to tech savvy.
