Paul is AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL and was wonderful to

Paul is AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL and was wonderful to work with. Paul did all he could do to make our buying experience easy and fun. He answered all of our questions and literally ran from one building to the next to find the right car for us. If you want a really pleasant experience purchasing a car you can do no better than Paul. We had the dynamic duo with Paul and Joe helping us find the right car with all the must have options and helped us find exactly what we wanted. Joe did a great job explaining all the specials Volvo had to offer and explained all the cars features. Joe was really friendly and his conduct put as at ease. Finally, Scott, the Sales Manager equally a friendly professional, asking us when we first went through the front door, how he could help. When going over the final numbers he was clear, direct and transparent with us and I really appreciated his candor approach. 5 stars all around. P.S. Shelby in Finance was Quick and Efficient and made the loan process so easy.

The team work very hard with me to get me financed and

The team work very hard with me to get me financed and didn’t hit my credit over and over like another dealership and I wasn’t there 5 or 6 hours it was very smooth. I enjoyed working with the finance person making me very comfortable. Come on over and see if they can get you your car you need

Bought a used car with the 60 day warranty.

Bought a used car with the 60 day warranty. The check engine light went on a week later and the shop started giving me a lot of trouble. They accused me of taking the car off-roading and tried not to cover things that were clearly in the warranty. A couple weeks later, I got a flat tire. I did opt to get an additional wheel and tire warranty. I didn’t want to, but I had to bring the car back to the dealership for this work too. They refused to give me a rental car, and sent me away on my spare while they waited for my new tire to come in. And then they could only order the new tire for me and mount it. But they would not put it on or balance and rotate my tires. I had to drive it home on the spare and put the wheel on myself. When purchasing the vehicle, they talked a really big game about being a family place and somewhere that I could depend on to bring my car in for maintenance and buy all my future cars from there. The assured me that I would always be taken care of. They have yet to live up to that.

Awesome experience from the beginning.

Awesome experience from the beginning. Our salesman (Paul Thoman) was a top notch professional, always in contact and answering questions quickly. We were treated like friends and it was effortless going from choosing a vehicle to finishing with a great finance department and driving home in the perfect car.
