NEVER EVER trust this business. This is the worst experience we ever had with a car dealership. They sold us a lemon (transmission was broken, exhaust was broken, even an electric window was broken). The day we bought it they told us: "you will not have any problem with this car"...They lied telling us they will fix it (so we didn't ask for our money back, thinking they will actually fix it) and after 1 month and a half of back and forth they didn't fix a thing. Now our only option is to junk it because this car was completely broken and unsafe to drive and won't pass emission test (obviously we cannot sell it in this state). This experience was a nightmare, extremely stressful and we have lost a lot of money and time. Stay away from this place.

Auto sell price scammers
They really don’t know how to conduct business.They are terrible with math, the Victor who was in charge on sales don’t even know how to treat customers, he scam me close to $2000 dollars of agreement paper that he added without even mention anything and collected those money from my auto lender. I was found out it on my first payment..

They are all theirs and sell lemon cars
I went in to buy a car because mine just broke down. I was desperate at the time and the took advantage of that and sold me a lemon car. I am now working with a lemon lawyer to sue them. I didn’t even want to go about it the hard way, I had went in to ask him to look at it because the foundation was completely rusted as if the car was in a flood and they patched it up . After a few months of having the car, my whole mount to the bottom of my car started caving. Everything is rusted including the steering. It is not a safe car at all. They even gave me the wrong car fax and when I went in a few months after having the car. They told me they can’t help me and it has been a year. I stated to them that it has not been a year and he refused to help me. I then called the cops and a police report was filed. I am now working to get what I deserve. A car that’s safe to drive with my ten year old daughter. They are the worst and have been sued twice as far as I know for selling false cars !!! I should have known when I was in there and they wouldn’t give a guy his car fax !!! Fraudulent service !!!!! Do not go there I promise you will regret it !!

STAY FAR AWAY
bought a Ford Escape in December...1 week later we began a 4 month continuous issue of lights on the dash...air bag, tire pressure, anti skid, go on intermittently, and the car dies..then on the GWB the whole dash lit up and the car died as I was driving it...had it towed to Anthony , and the runaround began...we have done a dance for the past 5 mths..he took the car back 3 times and "claimed" it was fixed..inside of 2 weeks the EXACT same problem happened...again while driving....maybe the most dangerous situation I have ever found myself in...they took the car back 3 times and did nothing but reset the computer, so it would APPEAR to be fixed however was never addressed properly..at first Anthony seemed eager to help, but after the 2nd or 3rd time, he had lost interest seeing this was going to be a problem. My husband who had just been diagnosed with lung cancer got nothing but a runaround constantly....finally after getting the car back the third time and being assured it was fixed, as I drove down a hill on thurs. April 19th,.dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, lost all power as I was driving, and I cannot even tell you how that car stopped....and refused to restart...I immediately called Anthony at 5:30pm, who didnt take my call...as you can imagine I was shaken at the time..and I then incurred the 4th towing expense for this car, because Anthony never even attempted to rectify that with us...it was expected that I should pay all the tow charges which were totalled at about $600.00...the next day my husband was rushed to the hospital so clearly I became pre-occupied and didnt get a chance to immediately follow up...Anthony never even bothered to return my call even after my message letting him know that again, the car is not SAFE...i guess he hoped i'd be too busy...in the interim of all of these "quick fixes" I was not offered any remedy even though he was told numerous times I work quite a distance away and I need a car...lo and behold in the midst of all of this my husband passed away..and when I contacted Anthony but yet again, because now I have to chase him like a child, he said to come for a trade..as if I'd ever trust another car from him. We understood that we bought a used car....have done so for years and never had this type of issue..this was a SAFETY ISSUE...and once Anthony was done dealing with it to his satisfaction it was our loss.... so i pd $4600 for a car that i could barely use and when I was able to use it, it was with the threat that it could short out at any minute. NO one at Grand seemed to think this was a problem. Had I been killed in the car, who's problem would it have been then? I have now become aware that the car I was sold, was done so with faulty airbags...leading to one of the many electrical issues... FORD diagnosed at MY expense what was wrong with the car... Anthony and his alleged mechanic chose to go around that diagnosis and go the cheap way out...literally putting lives in danger.. I am now forced to have an attorney on this, and this will be taken to the very end until someone makes this right. the car cannot be sold because of the numerous lights on, and then just died...so I took a $4500 loss and was offered no restitution...I wont say Anthony didnt want to help in the very beginning but this became tedious to him, and he had no idea in the middle of all of it my husband was dying of cancer...I also understand the 60 refund however in this situation wherein the car was brought back 2 weeks after the FIRST time it happened, there shouldve been some rule bending. I dont want another car from Grand...they sell unsafe cars and do not do the right thing... at the end of the day this all fell on me...I have had everything transferred to my name, and the litigation begins....DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE...HE IS A PERSONABLE GUY, BUT NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD.... they made a huge mistake on this one....and didnt know I worked in the legal field. see you in court!

Anthony and Linda are great people. They helped me locate my truck on the lot. I was instantly in love with it. I saw the listing price online and Anthony sold it to me for the online price. Linda helped me with my DMV paperwork and my friend's DMV paperwork. They're great people. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
