This was my first time as a customer at Your Choice Auto Sales & all I have to save is that I was treated like a king.The first manager that I dealt with on a test drive was Jesse Nunez & he was very much the professional,very polite,& very courteous with not only during our test drive,but the whole time that I was coming here to get my new used mini van.I also have to sing the praise's of the sale's lady that took care of my mother & myself,her name is Tuba. I had difficulty in meeting their asking price on the van I was looking at,but after talking at length to another manager by the name of Syiad,he was able to work out a deal with me on a price that I actually could afford.My situation was that I'd been waiting for a settlement check from my old mini van that had been hit,& then totaled by the opposing insurance agency.The problem was that I wound up being told by three diffrent Liberty Mutual Insurance agent's that I'd get my settlement check on a specific day,& I did'nt.So I had to call & talk to Tuba & Sam,& Syiad, to explain my sitiation to all of them,to ask them if they would hold the van for me until I actually DID get my check,so I then COULD come down to get my new van! The significance of all of this is that I had NOT put any money down on the van in order for them to hold it for me,because I did'nt have the fund's to do so! And YET,IN SPOITE of that fact, they did HOLD THE VAN FOR ME UNTIL I FINALLY did GET MY CHECK FROM LIBERTY MUTUAL iNSURANCE cOMPANY,WHICH TOOK A WEEK LONGER THAN IT WAQS SUPPOSED TO HAVE IN THE FRIST PLACE! THIS is why I say that I have treated like a kig by Your Choice Auto Sales,& ALL of their staff! I can NOT imagine any other dealership would have been willing to have worked with me in the manner that Your Choice Auto Sales has! For THAT reason,even though I live an hour away by highway,I have already told Tuba that when the time come's that I need another vehicle,that rest assured,thar God as my witness,that beyond a shadow of a doubt,I WILL return to Your Choice Auto Sales for my next vehicle,& yes,I will for sure ask fro Tuba to be my sale's laady once & nyet again!

Great selection of cars, friendly, helpful sales people & good deal on cars. Jesse Nunez(our salesman) was very friendly & helpful. We will def. be back

Came in and was ignored by at least 7 employees, once I finally got to speak to someone I asked to see a specific pick-up truck, I was told they would get the keys, 20 minutes later they came out with the keys. During this wait there were 2 employees constantly swearing very loud and thought it was funny. Now it has been another 20 minutes and still no vehicle to look at, so I walked outside and found them trying to get the vehicle to pull out, finally I told them to release the parking break and they got it out. The rods were knocking the cap on the pick-up leaks and the bed was full of water. I asked what else was wrong with the truck and was told I don't know it has been here a long time, on that note I left.

Jesse Nunez helped me to find my first car. It was a very quick process and I am very pleased with my car. He drove me and my grandma around the lot and was very polite, this was some of the best service I have had. I am very happy I came to them.

I WAS SHOPPING FOR A CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER'S FIRST CAR AND LOOKING FOR A SAFE AND RELIABLE CAR. MY SALESMAN, JESSE NUNEZ WAS AWESOME!!!!! HE WAS VERY THOROUGH IN SHOWING ME CARS IN MY PRICE RANGE. I EXPECTED A TEST DRIVE AROUND THE BLOCK AREA, BUT HE LET ME DRIVE ABOUT 3 MILES INCLUDING ON THE EXPRESSWAY SO THAT I COULD GET A PROPER FEEL OF THE CAR. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND JESSE NUNEZ AND YOUR CHOICE AUTO SALES.
