I had a great experience with my new vehicle purchase. Lindsay Kettenhoven was very helpful with my initial questions and leading the way to my purchase. I met with Ben Klein on two different occasions and I couldn't be more happy with all of his help on the questions I had and the test drive. Ben is a great example of what a salesmen should be, not pushy just there to answer your questions. The finance part of the deal was great with Randal Files he made the process fun and informative and very fast and complete! I felt as though I got a fair price for my trade in and a great deal on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee!

I have never had a good car buying experience until now!! Klein's showed me what great above and beyond customer service was all about!! I was super impressed how the salesman (Josh) was not super pushy about forcing me to purchase a vehicle, like most salesman are. After finding the vehicle I was in love with, they had me in and out within a couple hours. The only negative thing I have to say about my experience with Klein's was, they messed up my paperwork so I had to drive back to Klein's which is 40 minutes one way to sign paperwork again that took 5 seconds. I was not too happy about that!! Over all I would recommend Klein's. Thank you!!

Since I was getting a truck, all my fiancee wanted was an IPad and a BIG red bow that she was told she would get. She was told, while signing our papers none the less, that she couldn't have either. Seemed a small price to pay with the amount of money we had just spent!
