Great work by a great team! Great communication and the car was cleaned when returned. Plan on getting many years more out of a great truck.

My experience at Newnan Chrysler was frustrating and,

My experience at Newnan Chrysler was frustrating and, frankly, deceptive. Throughout negotiations, the salesperson repeatedly quoted a 3.9% interest rate ? even at 84 months ? and requested my credit score to see if he could offer a better deal. I submitted documentation showing a credit score over 800. After that, I was told they could meet my target monthly payment. What I wasn?t told ? and what was deliberately withheld ? was that the actual interest rate had jumped to 5.5%. This was not disclosed in any of the prior communication. When I asked about the rate during initial signing, I was told I?d ?find out during the finance portion.? That kind of evasiveness is unacceptable, especially when dealing with major financial commitments. After the sale, I was contacted and asked to return to sign new paperwork for a ?missed? $1,000 rebate ? supposedly an oversight. I was told to bring documentation for my trade-in and that the new paperwork would be ready. It wasn?t. Despite calling ahead and giving them a full week to prepare, I waited over 30 minutes with nothing to sign. I walked out. To make matters worse, the salesperson mentioned this was due to a better offer from Stellantis ? but my original financing was already through Stellantis. That explanation made no sense. The day after I refused to re-sign, new documents were uploaded to my Stellantis account ? without my consent and without any explanation. I called Stellantis directly, and they couldn?t tell me what was changed or why it was updated. This kind of behavior ? lack of transparency, evasiveness during financing, and apparent document changes after the fact ? should raise red flags for anyone. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. They do not operate with honesty or professionalism.

I wouldn?

I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone. The manager Trevor was very rude and dismissive. Also they sold me a dirty car had to leave the car and come back the next day to get it only to come back to now the tire light being on.

Terrible experience they cannot communicate and do not honor warranties that they lied about. Preston in service as well as Jeff in finance are awful.
