I have no complaints with these guys. I had an issue with the vehicle I purchased. I immediately thought "Here we go with the shady business". I called them up and was told they'd help me out. They kept their word and remedied the problem. Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and id definitely do business with them again.

I purchased a truck from Gold Star Motors LLC in Albuquerque, NM on July 24,2024. I test drove the truck for approximately 15 minutes as the truck was near empty. It ran ok. I decided to purchase the truck after they fixed the O2 sensor. Which they did. I've had the truck 24 hours. All of the minor things I agreed to repair myself, such as broken console latch, driver seat, fog light, air shocks, and minor dents. Within this 24 hours, I now have no AC, tire monitor, parking assistance monitor are flashing on the dash. Also, the driver side window will not go up without bumping the door, the rear passenger window will not go up. I called the owner of this company, Chris about bringing the truck in to in to have him fix the AC and the windows. He immediately went on the defensive stating the New Mexico warranty laws. Without going into further details, I would advise anyone considering buying from Gold Star Motors, to definitely take your business elsewhere. The prices for there vehicles are very low for a reason. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from them!

Stopped in a couple of days ago with my wife because they have a Dodge Hellcat in inventory like I have been looking for. We were allowed to look at it and start it, but when we asked to test drive it we were told they required a pre-approval from the bank before they would let us test drive it. Asked if someone could just ride with us instead and was again told no. I am 67 years old. I don’t think I look like a criminal….guess I am wrong. Their dealership. They can do what they want. It is sad that it cost them a cash sale and I am back on my search.

I thought they were great, with plenty of choices and great prices my only draw was the did not take a trade in and I hate the hassle of getting a vehicle and then taking the time to sell my original vehicle.
