Auto Station

Since I live in Santa Fe I emailed asking the availability of a certain Ford pickup. I received a response that it was. I advised the salesman that I would call at the end of the week to verify that it still was on the lot. The salesman didn't remember the email or my name. I was told that the truck was being used as a loaner and would be called back on Saturday so I wouldn't have to make a trip for nothing. When I did not receive a call by 10:00 I called and asked for the salesman and was put on hold for a very long time. I hung and as waited several minutes when I got a callback. Once again the salesman didn't remember who I was or what vehicle I was interested in buying. After going through the whole spill for a 3rd time I was told that he was going to check and see when it would be back on the lot. 3 hours have passed and no word. I guess Lex must be selling cars hands over fist and doesn't have time to sell the lesser expensive vehicles.
