Great Car Buying Experience
We were in town for the holidays and sent an email to inquire about a used car for sale on their website. Mark responded right away with a phone call, which we appreciated. We went to look at the car and ended up wanting to purchase. No hassle and quick negotiation. Mark was easy to work with, great service. We were through the car buying process and on our way with our newly purchased car pronto. We would definitely buy from Taylor's Choice again.

Canadian vehicles damage hidden
Cars are not sent to a mecanical shop unless customer notices a issue, body damage is hidden under car bras or spray paneted, look for canaidan vehicles that are rusted out beware!

Very Pleased
I purchased a 2004 Jeep from Mark, sight unseen. I flew to Montana to drive it home, with Mark's assurance that there would be no problems doing so. Mark picked me up from the airport, and drove me to the dealership where I was VERY pleased when I looked over my Jeep. Not only did it look as nice as he had indicated, much to my surprise, Mark had fully serviced the Jeep, and replaced the valve cover gasket due to a small leak. None of this had been pre-negotiated, or built into the price - just a nice extra touch to make sure my long drive home was uneventful. I can highly recommend Mark and his company, and I actually hope I can purchase another vehicle from him one day, long drive home and all.

Nice place,
Did not respond to my online questions. Then when we visited the store, were unwilling to work with me on cost and how we could make the payments work. I felt at though I was wasteing their time.

May be the best used car experience ever
My wife and I had given our 2008 Honda CR-V to our son, who had just gotten out of the Marines and expecting our first grandchild. After living without a second car for two months, we decided to look for a newer CR-V, as it was a fantastic car that met our needs. We went online to Cars.com, found on a tv ad, and asked for used CR-Vs in our vicinity. A low mileage 2010 CR-V came up for Billings, Montana, 165 miles away, at Taylor's Choice Auto Plaza. I called the dealer, getting Jason, a salesperson for the dealership. I indicated we wanted to buy the auto, based solely on the low mileage, photos presented and taken by Jason, and the reasonable price (KKB) for its excellent condition. Jason agreed to hold it and said he would have the paperwork ready when we showed up the next day. At 1000 the next day we showed up and within 15 minutes we were out the door with our new(er) CR-V. It was easily the best experience I have ever had in 70 years of dealing with and auto dealership.
