I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Brentwood Auto Brokers, and my experience with them was nothing short of frustrating and deceptive. The dealership not only failed to inform me about their intentions to run multiple hard inquiries on my credit score but also neglected to seek my consent before doing so. This unprofessional behavior has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about their integrity as a business. First and foremost, the lack of transparency exhibited by Brentwood Auto Brokers is simply unacceptable. As a potential customer, I should have been fully informed about any actions that could potentially impact my credit score. Concerning issues immediately.

Very, very concerning. I bought my vehicle from them about 9 months ago and waited to see how everything worked out. To start: The will text and email bomb you with information. Communicating well but also pushing. The videos and pictures they share are intentionally misleading and avoid rough spots. Ask questions. This helped me better understand the hot spots and areas of concern. The meat: The avoided communicating the important stuff. The paperwork said balance of factory warranty. That was a lie. The vehicle was brought in from Canada and I have no doubt they knew the factory warranty was void. They communicated a delivery date and then missed on it entirely. Earlier than expected. But that wasn't great. I was 70 miles from my house when they called and said the vehicle (which was supposed to be picked up that day) was on its way to my house and was an hour away. Not great. The vehicle arrived with 3 tires well below the recommended PSI and the gas tank at 20 miles to empty. This country bumpkin is about 11 miles from the gas station. Not great and Not great. The service 4 wheel drive light was on and off within the drive to the gas station and after seeing their snide comments on other reviews I realized I had no interest in trying to have an intelligent conversation with a 12 year old. I would never buy, recommend or even consider their inventory. The horrible added fees and intentional hiding of critical information and issues tells me who it is you are dealing with.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone

Gawd forbid you need a car when visiting this place! 🙄 My family is in need of a car, already had full financing in place and was ready to purchase. We’re 4 going on 5 days later, we still have no vehicle. Although the finance department had validated the finances, verified approval and confirmed legitimacy, we’re unable to obtain the vehicle whatsoever. Brentwood Auto Brokers are awaiting for full clearance of the entire check. 4 days later, they haven’t even cashed the check. I’ve never have experienced anything like this at all. It’s inconvenient, inconsiderate and I do not recommend this place to anyone!

A Perfect 10!

So, you’re thinking about buying a car online? Brittany, with Brentwood Auto Brokers, made it the most enjoyable car purchase in my lifetime. Prepandemic, the idea of buying a car without driving it would be crazy! We live in a different time. I took the plunge and have zero reservations about doing it again with Brentwood Auto Brokers. I found my 2019 BMW of my dreams with 31K miles, still under factory warranty. Brittany sensed I was nervous about buying a car from Tennessee. I live in Texas, and she suggested I enlist an independent ASE certified inspection company to check out the car. Wow! What a report. The best $179 I spent. It sealed the deal. Brittany walked me through the pile of paperwork one has to sign when purchasing a car. She was patient, professional and had all the answers to my questions. She was timely, explained everything so well and exceeded my car buying expectations. Brittany was FANTASTIC! Oh, by the way, I LOVE MY CAR!

Bad business

I purcchased a vehicle including shipping to Florida. Brentwood hired a transport "company" to ship the car. The car sustained $5000 worth of damage during transport and the transport company Brentwood hired had no insurance, no valid DOT number and was not legally able to haul anything anywhere. Brentwood should have hired a legitimate company to haul this exotic car. The driver left the car at my home and drove away. Brentwood has left me with a $5000 repair since they did not take 5 minutes to verify the hauler had the proper credentials and proper insurance. After a report to the BBB, Brentwood stated they would return my shipping charge, but refused to pay for the damage caused by their negligence. I have not even received the refund of shipping nor my DMV refund from this company and they stuck me with $5000 in damage. Very disappointing and my next step will be hiring an attorney.

Worst place I've ever dealt with.

Worst place I've ever dealt with. They had all my paperwork completed we had been working on for 4 days. I sold my car and had everything arranged. They never told I would be in danger of losing it. As I was driving in to buy it, they decided to sell that night . I was heartbroken, without a car and in shock. Dont EVER buy from them. Most disloyal company I've ever .
