I have purchased two new cars in two years from Dan Ferace at Rickenbaugh Infiniti and if I moved across the country I would still come back to Dan to... buy the next 10. This dealership has more class and good character than most dealerships combined. No pressure, no tricks and no cheesy classic sales techniques, only honesty, knowledge and care. You will feel the difference from all other dealerships instantly and will never want to deal with a normal dealership again. The service department is included in this experience. Brandon is an excellent service tech and leader of the service team. They are fair, honest and so very good at what they do.
I worked with Ryan and Sahara in sales. Both did an awesome job. They listened to questions and answered with competency. I had a few questions after... the purchase that Ryan worked hard to get answers quickly about the vehicle. I would highly recommend buying from Rickenbaugh!
My husband and I are just so Impressed with Rickenbaugh Infinity. We were set on buying a car at a different dealership, the papers were all done and the... loan was set, they just needed signatures. We decided on a whim to stop off at Rickenbaugh Infinity. It was conveniently located right off the highway on our way home. WOW the customer service WOW is it great. Dan Mull he is exceptional, I like how he drove for the first test drive, I'm not sure about you but I am always afraid to really step on the gas or test the breaks to see how well they work. Dan mull really new the car to, he answered all of our questions right down to the T. We purchased our QX50, because well we would be a fool not to with the drivers assistance it offers, the tight trim package, the IBA, and my favorite the full 360 camera for easy tight parking. Did I tell you the great take off speed it offers for that car that won't let you over. After purchasing my car, this is the real test, how the dealership treats you after you've purchased the car. I had some electrical defects with the car, well I tell you what they shocked me again with how great their customer service is. They gave me a loaner, took care of my car within a couple of days. They DIDN'T give me a hard time and the kids got great snacks when we picked it up. I really feel like I'm at home when I go to Rickenbaugh. It really feels like a family their. One more thing they did such a great job detailing my car and washing it. Thanks a bunch Dan Mull (Sales), Stephen Palko (Service). This was the best purchase I've ever made. I would recommend them and have recommended them to all my friends, family, and neighbors.
3/2020 Update: THANK YOU Rickenbaugh Infiniti Service for taking such safe, thoughtful care of your customers, and putting yourselves in the front line... to keep us going during these times! A few weeks ago, I had to have my rear view mirror repaired due to damage from an automated car wash (I know). This was just before the Gov. implemented the Stay at Home order due to COVID-19. When I pulled into the drop-off garage at Rickenbaugh, I was impressed to see a full cart of sanitizing supplies at-the-ready. The service associate met me, at a distance greater than 6 ft., wearing protective gloves. They immediately put plastic over my steering wheel, and seat. He informed me that all loaner cars, keys, screens, seats... are wiped down both after they are returned, and before the next customer is given the keys. He also wiped down the service touch screen before, and after I signed. Brandon has always been, and continues to be, a top-notch: knowledgeable, professional, personable, and reliable service consultant. I've been going to Rickenbaugh Infiniti exclusively (with my then EX-35) since they opened in 2013. It was close to my home. I purchased my 2017 QX60 (best ever!) from Rickenbaugh, and need only take it in for routine, preventative maintenance. I now live 60 miles away in the mountains. Still wouldn't go anywhere else.
The guys in the service department were very kind and helpful. They went the extra mile to resolve an issue, and my q60s was sparky clean afterwards to... boot!
This is a dealership that will promise up front to take care of you - but when it comes to follow through - they are poor. Sales is easy on the front... end for any company - but servicing you as a customer is what defines a good company - Their service level is poor on all fronts! I will be looking for another Infiniti dealership to do all our business with in the future!
This is not an accurate assessment of what transpired. This customer has an Infiniti of which she is 3rd owner. The vehicle also has only ever been ...into an Infiniti dealership once for the timing chain recall at another Infiniti store. She also does not live in close proximity to our dealership. She called and spoke to one of our service advisors asking about a seat tear and if the item was covered under warranty. She provided the year, vin, the mileage, and a photo of the damage and based on that information we told her that it should be covered. We then agreed to order the part and notify the customer when the part arrived. This was on 6/5/2017. Approximately 10 days later the part arrived and we called the customer to schedule. We ended up leaving a message for the customer to call us. The customer did not call us back until 8/21/2017 to schedule the repairs for Saturday 8/26/2017. We took the appointment for the customer as she would be in town over the weekend. On Wednesday the 23rd we ran a service comm on her vehicle to verify that the repairs would still be covered under warranty. We found that her car ran out of warranty on 5/23/2017. Since we knew the customer was traveling a great distance to have this repair completed we immediately called her to let her know that it would not be covered. She was extremely upset and demanded that Rickenbaugh cover the repair which would cost us $2,500. We explained that we could not do that since her car was out of warranty. She became quite upset and ended up speaking to the owner who did offer to pay 50% of the cost of the repair for her. She stated that this was unacceptable. We tried to do what we could to help this customer, and unfortunately our efforts did not meet her expectations.
Dishonest and underhanded sales experience. No woman should be a victim of these predatory sales practices. I want to believe that it was Dan Mull's ignorance,... but since there were sales managers involved I suspect that it was a premeditated attempt at bait and switch. Shame on you!
I' e had several dealing with Stephen Palko and the Richebach Infinti service department over the last few months. I have to say that the service has been... exceptional. Stephen goes above and beyond with me and others I've seen and talked to in the waiting room. He is a true asset to the organization and a good reason to do business with Richenbach Infiniti.
Steven Palko of the Richenbach Infiniti service department is excellent at providing a the best possible service he can. Steven is knowledgeable, experienced... and very personable. I have had several experiences at Richenbach service department that have totally exceeded my expectations. Good job Steven!
I was extremely impressed with the service center at Richenbaugh Infiniti! The lead service advisor, Ryan Lent, gave me the best customer service expirience... I've had in a long time! I brought my Infiniti in to get a spare key remote and tire rotation. I had no appoinment but he did everything in his power to accomadate my service since I travel a lot for work and it's hard for me to make appointments. I really appreciated him making me feel important and treating my car service as a priority for him! Rickenbaugh Infiniti has won a customer and my referrals! I highly recommend this dealership and especially their service center!
