Great Service I rarely write reviews but I have to say the service that I was provided at Harbor View Auto Sales exceeded my expectations. Angel is an honest and straightforward businessman and I have no buyers remorse about the Mazda 3 I purchased. Don't think twice about stopping by if anything you like is in their inventory. I did an exhaustive amount of research and chose exactly the car I wanted to buy next. Then I went through every internet supplier I could find to make a chart of the top 8 or so for the specifications I most wanted. I messaged those dealers all one morning and asked them each the same two questions - would you be willing to ship to me and do you have any idea the cost of shipping (I'm in Kansas). Angel answered my questions immediately and directly. As I made my way down the list of other dealers to message - I realized Angel had already responded to three other questions at lightning speed. We were well on our way to closing up the sale. The other five dealers responded later in the day to three or four days later - each of them asking for my phone number so they could hook me up with a sales person to "talk about my needs". None of them directly answered my original questions. Many of them asked me when I could come in person to shop. In the meantime - Angel sold me a car. Then he was very patient and knowledgable about handling the sale across state lines - which my banker was reluctant to get involved in until Angel answered all her questions and provided every detail of info she asked for promptly and accurately. So, he trained her I guess you could say (we're in Kansas, need I say more?) I guess the lesson here is that some of the shoppers on cars.com are like me - we want to do our own research and then order our car. Angel understands a buyer like me. And gave me the absolute low down price to get this car sold. Thank you!
