Paul, Phil, Chris, Bryan, Danny, and Mr. Jack are great folks. I have bought 3-4 cars off them and NEVER had a problem! They treat people like family and try everyday to improve on an already solid company. There is no doubt who leads the Buy here pay here market and who's company continuously grows stronger. Paul started this business but my boys Chris & Phil are taking it into 2013. Anyone who has ever been behind KNOWS how ruthless repo companies can be. I just bought a truck from them today but worked with them though out the week. Phil was a great sales person.. He wasn t like most car sales men, he was up front with information but he didn t make you feel like you had to buy right then. He answered many questions we had and he made buying my second truck very easy. His father was also a very easy going person along with everyone in the office. I will be stoping in again when it s time for another car/truck. I will be also sending anyone I know their way who s looking for a new pre-owened car/truck.. Thanks again guys

When on the hunt for a vehicle, it can definitely be a challenge especially when you have tons of car dealers in the area to go through. Of course I did my research in my area and and stumbled upon Paul West, the website was user friendly and the vehicles on the website were in immaculate condition so I decided to give them a visit. When I got to the lot, me and girlfriend walked in and everyone was nice and had good vibes. We wanted to look at a few vehicles so we let them know, no problems we even test drove a few. Before we stepped foot inside any of the cars, Carfax in hand, didn't even ask. If it was up to me we would've drove off the lot with the first one we test drove. Phil insisted we test drive a few to get a feel for what we're looking for and to keep our options open, this guy is awesome I said in my head. We came back from our test drive, made a decision on our vehicle and went for it. I thought the process was going to be long and outdrawn, maybe a little but Phil made us understand every inch of what was going to happen moving forward and we appreciated that greatly. Everything went well from there and I'm proud to say I've bought from Paul West used cars, not only because the cars are all in great shape but more so of the repore we had with Phil and all the other employees. It was such a great car buying experience I would recommend anyone here that's in the market for a vehicle. This place is awesome!
