Auto Selection of Charlotte

Went in today hoping to get into a SUV and I must say we chose the perfect place to shop! Jordy was absolutely amazing to work with and very respectful! After a hiccup with my bank Jordy made sure we were able to get the SUV we wanted for our family. He walked us through the process and explained everything in detail. We are very happy with our purchase!!! Listen I don’t usually write reviews whether good or bad but this place deserves their accolades!!! Thank you so much Jordy you are awesome!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! We purchased a Mercedes from this dealership on April 30th, the salesperson was awesome! But here is the problem... It was for my second car just to drive for leisure. So I may have put 200 miles on it since we've had it.. 80 of those were to drive it home!!!! Check engine light came on in May... We took it to the shop to use the CERTIFIED WARRANTY they claimed we would have but Please read the fine print... They told us it was the gas cap. We drive it back home. I decided to drive the car to church a week ago and the car left me in the middle of the rd.. We get it towed to the shop and find out We need a NEW TRANSMISSION!!!! The car has 56,000 miles on it and we put 200 miles on it and it need a whole new transmission!!!! The warranty is fighting on if they will cover it because of the fine print so hopefully they will and we're not out of $$$$$$$$... How can we purchase a car and a no less than 3 months and 200 miles we need A TRANSMISSION... VETERANS BEWARE!!!

Bought a car here about two months ago and had one of the best experiences in purchasing a vehicle. I’m 62 and from NYC and this was the first time I used a used car dealership. The sales staff is helpful and not aggressive at all. You never feel pushed into a particular vehicle. The sales manager Jordy was a gentleman and went out of his way to answer every question and returned phone calls quickly. They even replaced a part two months later on my car without a warranty, has anyone ever heard of that before? I feel compelled to let people out there know what a straight up dealership they run and I know you’ll be as happy as myself, once again thank you Jordy and Carlos

Have bought many cars in my day and the purchase made at Auto Selection was the best buying experience ever. Had the vehicle checked out and we agreed on the price and I drove the car off the lot only to be contacted by the bank 3 days later to say the loan was voided because the vehicle is a commercial vehicle. ??? I immediately called the owner and told him what as going on and he could have told be to bring the vehicle back , but he allowed me the time to get the matter sorted out. It took another 2 weeks but we got it all straightened out and at NO TIME during this period did the owner call me or pressure me to hurry up and get something done. Very professional and straight up. Before I buy another vehicle , I will definitely give these guys first shot at selling me my next vehicle also......

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! Total rip off would not let us see or test drive the vehicle in question till they had all our information to process for purchasing. The Sales guy and staff was very friendly until the crap they sold you breaks done then all of their promises to fix/repair anything changes. We were told they have a mechanic on sight to fix their customers cars if needed. However a few weeks later the water pump goes out, the back door was sticking from the time we and the 3rd row seat will not go up and down. They advise you are on your own and to contact their friend for a discount on repairs. They tried to fix the door ordered the part door still don't work called them back scheduled an appointment forgot about appointment and was told sorry should have kept your appointment not gonna help you. Life happens, people forget it wasn't like I had forgotten before that was the 1st time. Very disappointed that I am stuck with a horrible vehicle that only gonna cost me more money! Oh yeah the sales person Jason stated that he doesn't work for the dealership but helps out from time to time (That's the reason you should trust him) when they need help and that he wouldn't put his reputation on the line helping them out if they didn't stand behind their word.Well guess what he works there permanently it was a ploy, every day that I've called up there (trust me it's been a lot) he is ALWAYS the one that answers the phone! Again people avoid the headache and purchase elsewhere!! Oh yeah I forgot check your underbody almost all the vehicles had rust on the underbody!

Where do i begin. Stopped past here explained to them i had a current loan with another lender but they sold me a lemon that i was trying to get rid of. They pretended to want to take the trade in and took my keys pretending like they were appraising the vehicle. They called the lender because the owner is friends with him and had them come take my vehicle from. ME scam artists/. I am in the process of sueing this dealer. I asked for my keys because i left work and they were taking too long they pretending to be going through the process but really they were setting me up. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The Gentleman at Auto Selection are a breath of fresh air, in a day I was in a wonderful automobile, I could not be more Sastified with Ben and the honest support he gave, I appreciate the First Class service here, and I love the old school right hand feeling that you get! Blessings!!
