Bought a new TDI Diesel in the spring of 2017. This is a brand new car VW corrected the illegal emission issues the world all know about. The car comes... with free service for the first 4 years and lifetime replacement of the DEF. Brought the car in for its 10,000 mile service and was presented with a bill for the oil change. I explained the Volkswagen includes the opil changes on all of it's diesels for the first 4 years. The service writers (3 of them) all said they had never heard of such a thing. When I showed it to them on the VW website they said it was the first they had ever heard of it.....When I told them this was my 3rd Volkswagen Diesel dating back to 2011 and every one of them had their oil changed for free at this very dealership,...they just shook their heads and stopped talking to me.
Kevin is new nice guy. Forrester would not hold charge was on lot but no maroni sticker so no price. Went to dorito brother's in concord took test drive... with 30 year veteran car salesman (I started in 1977 until last year). No pressure tdi v6 diesels nice but pricey. Stevens creek be sold a 2013 with 26k for 19k but want the tdi.
The staff at Cardinale Volkswagen are many but they seem to share one mission, to provide excellent service. The entire team of sales people and managers... were very attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant. For me buying a car is usually a long process of shopping around and negotiating, and so I was impressed by their professionalism and recognition of what I wanted, which was VALUE. This is one dealership that delivers value but the people is what makes it priceless.

They have always been friendly and efficient. If something comes up they always call.
I was interested in a VW CC but because I asked for support to ship it to Texas they never called me back. I called after that 4 times with different... sales rep and all promissed to call me back and never did. I decided to but the car in another dealer in California and they were able to ship the car to Texas to my address with no problem
Extremely courteous staff. They really do want your business. Everyone at the dealership was approachable from the General Manager to the receptionist.... Excellent telephone manners were the deciding factor in visiting the dealership. Alfonso, at the service desk explained the work to be done and kept his promise on the cost. Open, honest, courteous. Very competitive pricing for service work. Excellent work performed.
Jesus, Debbie, Sam & Louis are so warm and friendly, no pressure what so ever. This was the 1st time I actually shopped around for a car by myself and... I found the car I wanted and got it. Great price too! You guys are awesome THANK YOU!

Great Service! I went in for an oil change without an appointment. I explained to Arthur (If I remember correctly) that it was the only day I had some... time off work (and it was a little late in the day too!) and he was happy to have me come in. I got there and he promptly took my information and had my car serviced and washed. During the time I was there, he constantly would come back to inform me of what was going on with my car. I actually waited less time than I did when I had an appointment so it was great! Overall, great service!

I'm a one time customer who flew in from Canada to purchase a private vehicle, complete repairs and drive home. The customer service was top notch and... above and beyond. Not only did they fix the vehicle, they spent time helping me get needed paperwork faxed to the border, explained some questions about the vehicle title, helped with a travel permit, and stayed overtime to get me on my way. Pretty hard to beat that kind of service!

Jonas did an excellent professional job of selling me the car. Test ride was on rural rough roads as well as the freeway to get a good understanding of... the car, ride and comfort. Went over all the technical parts of the car thoroughly. He also set up the Double Check appointment with the Service Department. He followed up with a call to make sure that all expectations were met. Arthur, advisor in the Service Department, very responsive. Asked if there were any problems or concern related to the car. Told him that the car drifted slightly to the right, got right on it, technician verified it and was repaired right away. Explained what was done during the Double Check and showed me the data from the front end alignment before and after results. The car was test driven to verify that the front end was aligned. Excellent experience. The gentlemen at Cardinale are technically trained and responsive.
